This contractor does not have proper licenses to perform work other than drywall. He collected cash up front for window replacements . We requested Impact Glass.... We were partially installed with tempered glass windows and sliders. They had to be removed and replaced by a competent glass company. The glass company (Indian RIver Glass) highlighted the many irregularities they found when then took out the wrong windows. <br /> <br />Very undependable. CANNOT GET LONGER DURATION PROJECT WORK DONE AS HE OVERCOMMITS. Had to wait weeks for him to come back for next step many times. <br /> <br />Work quality is OK but not great. Many corners were cut as discovered by subsequent plumbers and other contractors repairing/re-doing many items. <br /> <br />City of FLAGLER BEACH has prohibited this individual from performing work in City of Flagler Beach. <br /> <br /> <br />BUYER BEWARE. <p>lCory Nolte, Home Repair business card boldly states:  "Don't Cuss or Fuss, just call us"  The card continues to list:  Painting, Drywall; Interior Remodeling; tile; Windows, and Doors; etc.'"  What the card does not state that his work is of high quality and reasonably priced.</p> <p>Our first job with Cory was several years ago in response to a call to repair our driveway .  Other jobs followed, but this past year we decided major remodeling was called for, as we have been living. in our retirement home for over 24 years Cory remodeled two bathrooms , removed all the old carpeting, installed wood floors, and painted the walls.  When the Spring rains permitted, the outside of the house was painted.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>In all these jobs, both minor and major, we have been extremely pleased with the quality and timelyness of his work.</p> <br />

Fast, accurate work and he was reasonable.

We purchased a pre-owned home that was quite dated. Cory Nolte Home Renovation helped bring our home into the 21st century.  With any renovation there are bumps along the way but the overall experience we had with Cory went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the outcome.  We are already in discussion with Cory concerning a future bathroom, laundry room and garage remodel that we are planning for down the road.Do discuss in detail exactly what you want and how you expect it to look.  It doesn't hurt to stay involved in the process as that further guarantees your satisfaction.Don't expect an exact completion date as that seemed to be a moving target.  Don't expect to be the only project that they are working on as that is not the case.  You will not have exclusivity of his time, that's where the moving target comes in to play

I like him.  He is very good.  The price of his work is equivalent to the quality of work.
