She wanted to contact me for a job estimate, but everything seemed suspicious and incorrect. In every estimate, there?s a full name of the person you?ll work with in the future and the address of where you?ll work before accepting. She only provided her first name and refused to give her last name, even though it was displayed on the caller ID. She then proceeded to hang up. People like this are untrustworthy.

Extremely unprofessional and worst customer service. I hired them for mailbox installation, not only the mailbox is wobbly, they also damaged my property, they left a huge stain on my driveway. I sent them videos and photos right after the job and I gave them a full week to remedy the issues and they failed completely. I had no choice but to cancel the check and guess what, this so called ?manager? threatened to trespass to my property and uninstall the mailbox. This person has no professionalism whatsoever and she is dangerous too, she doesn?t take any responsibility of their mistake and she tried to bully me to still pay them for incomplete and damaging work, when I say no just as anybody would do, she threatened to break the law. Think twice before you let them in your property for any kind of job.

I was scrambling to find someone to clean our home that we rented after we moved out because the person I had initially scheduled never got back to me to confirm the date and time. I found Cosiness, LLC through Angiâ s List and they came out the following day. The landlord was very happy and said they did an awesome job!!! They even cleaned the windows, which I did not request.

Olesia was a very professional, polite and responsible business lady. Her team did an outstanding job in my house. They were fast, organized, and precise with everything what I wanted them to clean. They had their own cleaning supplies, so I didnâ t have to think about it. Now, they come on regular weekly basis. My house is always shine and smell with freshness. Dust lady instead of cleaning lady!

First company to respond to my request for cleaning services and Olesia made every effort to make contact with me, as I had initially missed her calls due my not answering unknown numbers. She showed up early for our first meeting and likewise for the date of cleaning, waiting outside until the appointed time. She priced me out very reasonably and took care of my house the next day. As for the cleaning....Ana cleaned carefully with every attention to detail, respect for my belongings and made sure I was satisfied room by room before starting the next task. She did the kind of cleaning I remember my mother and grandmother performing in their own homes. I am thoroughly pleased and will be using Cosiness on a bi-weekly basis. My initial deep clean lasted almost 6 hours and was nothing like the "dust & dash" I have experienced in the past. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

Reliable, professional and excellent work

This was supposed to be a post construction room clean up as Olesia told me she provides this service. This was a regular home cleaning not a deep cleaning after construction. The list of things they clean was very long and detailed and specific including basement, Parkin, deck, inside appliances, walls and baseboards cleaned. My basement did not get touches. They did not even open the door to clean downstairs the walls were dusty and not cleaned and she told me because the house was painted- the dust was everywhere due to CONSTRUCTION so the new paint on the walls is irrelevant. This type of cleaning I was looking for was specific and I was specific in what I wanted and it did not get done how I expected after paying ALOT of money for 2 hours of work. A deep clean and post construction clean does not get completed in 2 hours. One of the women was an older lady who was not able to do as the other two did and Olesia told me I had three girls for the time frame. It was barely that. I was so upset and told Olesia. I thought it was fair to give me the difference back between a regular house cleaning and a deep cleaning because deep cleaning is not what they did. She said she would come back but I have not heard from her with a time or date and quite honestly I do not want them back.
