Matt was called to our home through the home warranty company. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. After we fix the issue/everything seemed to be working fine/some other stuff appeared needed attention. He was already 30 miles away and wasn't sure how HWC will handle this. I once lived in Winchester, Virginia, buying a house in Defuniak Springs Florida. Bought myself a real nice house with an old AC system in it. Haven’t even moved in the house yet, didn’t know how old the system was, what brand it was, nothing. When I got here, I realized how old the AC system was, which was no big deal. I was prepared for anything with a house that was made in the late 70s. When I got there, I realized I had a Tappan air-conditioning system and it was running, but Tappan hasn’t been around for 25 years plus. So whoever lived in this house took care of the air conditioning system for sure. Who wouldn’t, you’re living in Florida. This place has a boathouse that my sister plans on living in and her air-conditioning system was shot, and it was a Tappan, so she needed something before spring. My sister located Matt at Cosmic Cooling on the internet living in Tennessee. He installed a one ton Amana complete system in there all by himself and I liked it so much that I had him install a four ton Amana system in mine Dec 20,2025. I was not about to let my old system go out on me in the heat of summer during his peak season or any company’s peak season for that matter. I took care of business right now and I’m set for summer for the next 15 years plus. Matt At Cosmic Cooling came through twice for this property and I could not be happier with his installations. I highly recommend him and his one man operation to fix you up before it’s to late.He gives you price ranges to choose from and warranty options as well. Super nice fella.
