THE RENTER WAS A BIT LATE BUT THE WORKER DID NOT PRIORITIZE OR ASK WHAT WE NEEDED DONE IN THE TIME SHE HAD OR IF SHE COULD GIVE SOME EXTRA TIME TO FINISH THE JOB FOR WHICH I WOULD HAVE PAID EXTRA. SHE DID NOT DO THE KITCHEN BECAUSE SHE SAID THE RENTERS HAD JUST COOKED FOOD. I AM HAVING TO HIRE SOMEONE TO COMPLETE THE CLEANING!

After some communication problems, things went great. Very professional but also friendly. If you tell them there is something extra to clean they will. I was pleased with their services. Actually, this week 6/5/17 I will be using them again. The fact they are a small company is nice. You know who you are talking to.

The house was cleaned throughout and we were impressed. We had one incident - one of our lamps was broken. We were able to repair the lamp later.

The owner provided prompt communication via telephone and email. She is really nice. They completed this unpleasant job with positive attitudes and worked hard to help us. There were 3 items that accidently were thrown out by the cleaners (an internet router, a telephone base, and a brand new couch cover) and could not be located among the bags. So Eliana reduced her fee to compensate for these losses.

Very well. I had to contact Costa because she did not contact me. I did not get any of the times I requested, but got the date. Two came for one hour, with all their own cleaning materials. They did an excellent job, and did more than requested in that time.
