Helper got blue pvc glue all over the carpet. Carpet and pad had to be replaced due to burns.

From beginning to end, this was a very good experience. The installation was a Carrier heating/air system. The team arrived as scheduled, and it was an all-day job. They were very pleasant while, at the same time, professional. They had to install a new pad for the outside unit as the old pad was too close to the dryer vent. Also, the inside installation was in a very small closet making it difficult. Nevertheless, they were able to accomplish it in one day, and the clean-up and removal of the old unit was wonderful. The unit is working perfectly, and I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and I will continue using them for regular maintenance.

Went good. The service person, a younger man, was intelligent. My condo is kind of secluded at the back of the development and kind of hard to fine. <br /> There is a fork in the access drive for the condo development. He had the presence of mind to call me on the phone and asked which way to go. Other persons have driven around in circles not knowing which way to go. <br /> <br /> <br />

The results of this job are amazing. It's like I am living in a different house. The complexity of my home required re-design and addition of multiple registers and lines that practically doubled the time of installation, at no cost to me. Although it took longer, I liked the attention to detail, and the desire to make sure the system was performing the way we expected. Terry and the owner Eddie were available anytime, and the crew did a great job overall, with a special shout out to Peewee, who went above and beyond to make things perfect. I have no doubt these folks stand behind their work, and you can't put a price tag on that piece of mind!

We have been having trouble since our new unit was installed 3 years ago, it would shut off after running a few minutes, and then would not come back on right away, sometime it would sometime not, and this company fixed it after just 2 visits!!! They came when they said they would, called ahead of time, very nice people, and very reasonable!!!
