John Deck helped us select the quartz and was very professional yet friendly doing so. <br /> Shand and Pierre installed the bar and were fantastic. They did a great job and were very conscientious about the clean-up. On top of that, they noticed that a marble slab we had was not secure and re-secured it before they left. Wow.  <br /> Overall, Counter Kraft did a great job at installing a new bar top in our home for a reasonable price with high quality workmanship. <br />

Outstanding work by John and the CounterKraft team.  John was a real pleasure to work with as he helped us plan out the countertop design.  John was meticulous in designing and putting together the granite tops from beautiful African Ivory stone.  The demolition of the existing tops went without a hitch and the installation was outstanding.  The CounterKraft team was very careful to ensure our cabinets and wood floors we protected and the final product looks fantastic. <br /> Thanks John and team for outstanding work!!  Highly recommend CounterKraft. <br />

We purchased a home that was recently remodeled from floor to ceiling that has quality granite counter tops. We needed an additional hole bored into this beautiful counter at the sink near the installed, single faucet to add an RO water filter fountain. We were cautioned that such a procedure after installation may pose a risk of cracking the counter top. We took this to heart and appreciated the cautionary note but recognized the quality services of Counter Kraft that we decided to proceed. The technicians arrived as scheduled; despite the fact on how busy they were that day working on major projects to fit us in. The two gentlemen made their initial preparations and performed the service to complete satisfaction under 30 minutes. The professionalism, respect and prompt competence displayed by the employees of Counter Kraft was outstanding and most appreciated.

If someone were to ask us what one word I would use to describe Counterkraft Solid Surfaces, Inc., we would say:  PERFECTION!  This was the first remodel we have done and John Deck worked with us and made it all so easy.  Everything about our interactions with the company were thoroughly professional. If we could, we would give Counterkraft higher  than an A!  We are more than satisfied. <br />

John was very informative and knowledgeable from the start of the process till the final installation. The crew kept the kitchens clean and worked hard. The granite with the new granite composite sink looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier. We expect to use his services again for the master bathroom. It was a great experience, John Deck met with us at the stone yard to insure we did not pick defective granite. He and his team worked with us and kept in contact with the other contractors to insure the job stayed on point. Their workmanship is impeccable, they have a true sense of perfection. If every company was run like CounterKraft, Angie's list wouldn't be needed.  John and the other people at CounterKraft were responsive, professional and did a beautiful job.  Our countertops look amazing.  I couldn't be more pleased with the results.  The people at CounterKraft made us feel fully informed during the entire process and answered all our questions immediately and fully.  I would happily hire them again and recommend them to anyone who asked.

John Deck of this company arranged the repair my sink that was coming loose from the countertop. His rep did an excellent professional job for a nominal fee. The original work was done in 2005 and this company stood behind it's work. I can't say enough good things about them. Please use this company for any of your needs.

I am very impressed with John Deck, the owner of <br /> Counterkraft,  and the team that he has <br /> assembled to be part of Counterkraft.  <br /> First, John has a rarer combination of knowledge and skill required to <br /> work with marble and the ability to communicate in a professional and practical <br /> way the information that the customer needs to make the final decisions on <br /> their project.  <br /> John spoke to us about the different types of materials that <br /> could be used for our project,  their <br /> advantages and disadvantages, cost ranges resources we could use to help make <br /> our final material choice.  We selected a <br /> beautiful marble,  Counterkraft prepared <br /> the templates  required for our  new vanity countertops for both the master <br /> bath and guest bath, along with several wall caps, window sills and a shower crub <br /> cap.   <br /> Their prices for procuring the marble, doing the templates, <br /> fabrication and installation was very reasonable.   They arrived on time, called with updates <br /> when needed and were meticulous with the installation.   <br /> And when I broke one of the wall caps (yes, definitely my <br /> fault) they were very responsive in helping me recover from my mistake.  I will use Counterkraft in the future for all <br /> my counter top needs. <br />

New granite countertops. It was fantastic. Wonderful selection, very punctual, always returned phone calls.

Very professional, both John and Amanda were very polite and ready to help to ensure we had a very good experience. All calls were returned quickly. John went out of his way to accommodate our requirements. The tear out and installation crew were extremely professional. The time between templating  and installation was quicker than promised. Overall a great experience, a pleasure to deal with a company that provides great customer service. We received a great looking product at a fair price, without any delays or hassles. We are very happy with our new countertops. A job well done! <br />

Great installation.  One item needed special attention which was addressed by the owner.  A good company to work with!

<p>Counterkraft cut and polished the quartx to fit my bathrooms.  I wanted a banjo style in the small bath to add more counter space.  In the master bath, I had a standard vanity and sink,  plus a separate dressing table in a bat-wing shape.</p>  Counterkraft did a beautiful job with the unusual shapes and cut all 3 large pieces fplus 7 backsplash pieces from one slab, I could not have been more pleased with the quality of the quartz, and the workmanship of John Deck and his employees.  I recommend Counterkraft without reservation. <br />

Overall it went fine.  They gave me a bid, I accepted, I chose my granite from a sample, it was ordered, I reviewed prior to cutting, it was installed by two very good installers. <br />

John Deck was exceptional.  From the very first time we met with him we felt totally at ease with the process of selecting the granite and then with the overall installation.  John's expertise and attention to detail was instrumental in the selection just the right pieces of granite that made each room pop.  We couldn't be more pleased with the entire crew of CounterKraft. <br />
