"Thank you for your review! We hope you enjoy your vanity for years to come. If there is ever anything else we can help you with please let us know."
"Thank you for your feedback, we want to hear any experience our customers have so we can learn and grow as a company. I looked into your project and I see that although the outcome turned out to what we all expected it to be, it was a bumpy road to get there. As a standard we like to leave two weeks between your template date and install date to give us a little bit of breathing room for ordered items to arrive, we didn't do that in your case. Although two days doesn't seem like a lot, for you it meant the difference between dissapointing you by calling the day before original install was scheduled to push back vs. just installing as planned. There are no excuses but after discussing it with our party's involved from sales to production, I feel that the quality issues came as a result of expediting your job to get your countertops produced in two days and installed as a second job on a Friday afternoon to make sure you weren't without your kitchen any longer than you had to be as a result of our delays. Communication is always the key to success or the easiest place to start failure no mater if a project goes smoothly or when issues arise. I will take your feedback to our teams with the goal of improving responsiveness and making it more transparent to our homeowners what we are doing with the information they give us. I hope you are still enjoying your finished kitchen and If there is ever anything we can do to earn back your business please let me know. Krista Vanselow Director of Marketing"

"Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, our products and services won't be the best fit for every customer's needs. We do our best to set proper expectations up front. We offer many installation options however, and try to itemize those associated costs as much as possible, so we could understand how that can be construed as "nickel and diming". We prefer to prepare our clients with all of the necessary options so that they may be able to make the best decision for them, even if that solution doesn't include our team. Good luck with your project and keep us in mind for any future projects. Perhaps we may be a better fit down the road. Take care."

"Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to address any and all concerns or questions our clients have. Angie’s List provides that forum for us to do so but you are also welcomed to contact us directly. With that said, we are confused about your comments and would like to shine additional light on your other concerns on your project from more than a year ago. You mentioned the following about our team in your review: “First, let me say that the installers were all a joy to be around. I felt comfortable having them in my house and they were all very friendly, talked to my kids, happily moved their trucks when asked, etc.” We are proud of our staff as well and appreciate your positive comments. It’s confusing that you rated them with such low grades although you praised them so highly. The process did not take over a year to complete. In fact, it took approximately 7 weeks. It’s been over a year since we completed work. Contract was signed and deposits made on April 6, 2013. Work began (waiting for cabinetry and other products to arrive) on May 13, 2013. Final Payment was received July 5, 2013 for both completed bathrooms. Hall Bathroom – 1. All customers approve computer generated drawings to avoid as much design misunderstanding as possible. 2. All cabinetry manufacturer’s medicine cabinet doors are much larger than the insert recessed into the wall which needs to fit between studs. 3. There was adequate lighting in the bathroom and the wall mounted fixtures are there to add a warm and furniture feel. The concern of too much light was never voiced until this review. Dimmer switches or lower wattage bulbs could easily address this concern. Master Bathroom – 1. The vanity was a custom piece that was incorrectly produced by the cabinet manufacturer from the approved drawing. I am happy that a new vanity was produced as quickly as it was. No time was lost as other work was being completed while we waited. 2. The wainscoting is still a mystery. As the customer mentioned, we have not seen this level of shrinkage before or since. This was clearly a material issue (probably due to humidity) that we addressed quickly and without additional expense. 3. As mentioned, 2 of the shower walls were replaced due to cracked corners. This is also the only time we have experienced this issue. The wall board behind the tile was not installed to our standards. We normally stagger the boards and tape/mud each joint. This was not done properly of the 2 walls. We admit this mistake and corrected the issue to the customer’s satisfaction. The 3rd wall was not replaced because we had photographs from during the installation that showed it was installed properly. Our installation manager and owner both apologized to the customer while overseeing the service. 4. Granite bench in the shower. All granite arrives to our facility sealed. We are not sure what “heat treating” means or does with reference to stone. Water will always cling to a somewhat horizontal surface due to water tension. It is normal to slope a shower bench no more than ¼”. 5. The accessory items were approved and ordered for this project specifically. During the process, the customer provided their own items for our team to install. The customer was refunded on June 25, 2014 once the items were returned, nearly a year after completion. We regret the mistake with installation of the shower wall board but were quick to remedy the situation once notified of the issue some months after completion. Several representatives of our company have apologized in the past and we offer our apologies again for the oversight. Mistakes do and will happen with any type of remodeling work and as a company we stood behind our commitment to make it right when it does. We did that without questioning and hesitation. We hope that this customer enjoys their new bathrooms for many years and should any issues arise in the future, we stand prepared to take of it as well."
"You were a pleasure to work with and your projects turned out beautiful! We wish you many years of enjoyment sharing your new spaces with your family and friends. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or require further service. Thank you for your business and very kind words!"
