2 bathroom countertops were replaced w/ quartz . The team was on time, professional & paid close attention to details. They cleaned up both spaces before they left. Very satisfied w/ quality of product & their fast installation!!!

Nathan and his crew are always professional, on time and reasonably priced. They communicate time frame and price from the start and they clean up after every job! Have recommended them and will continue to!

We love the finished results of our kitchen, Laundry room, bathroom remodel. What a great experience. A beautiful job done and we get to enjoy it every single day. Nathan, and his team were great to work with. We have another bathroom we want done soon!!!

We hired Countertops by Nathan to complete a bathroom remodel for us. This project had previously been started by another contractor with disastrous results. We hired Nathan and his crew to start over again. They made a masterpiece out of a disaster! Nathan was very responsive in all of our interactions. He was willing to offer his expert advice but was not overbearing when it came to the design of the project. When they called back with the estimate, we were surprised at how affordable they were. During the construction, one thing that stood out to us was the fact that they communicated with us well on every step of the project. We knew exactly what days they were going to be working and what times they would be in our house. We also noticed that Nathan and his crew hold themselves to a high standard as far as quality goes. After the completion of the project, we discovered a minor error. When we contacted Nathan, his son was literally at our house within 10 minutes to correct the problem. Then, the next day, Nathan called us to let us know that he had been thinking about the problem. While they initially thought they had corrected it, he believed that there was a bigger problem. He was willing to come back that very same day to correct the problem. We believe that this shows the character of Nathan and his crew. We thought that the problem had been corrected. We probably would have never discovered the problem. But Nathan knew that it was not done properly and wanted to make things right. We would hire this company again in a heartbeat. My wife is already thinking about the next project that she can have them complete!!

Can't say enough good things about Nathan and his crew. They do beautiful work - pretty much perfection. From start to finish (estimate process, etc) Nathan was reliable and very easy to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and is happy to answer questions, or find out answers for you. He and his crew took care of the project from start to finish - countertop/sink removal, granite and tile backsplash, and under cabinet lighting installation; including all the necessary electrical, plumbing and carpentry work.

Excellent, we could not be more pleased. We hired Nathan after multiple issues with 2 other service providers (big box stores) to do a kitchen counter replacement. We were impressed with his knowledge, his high service level and his overall consultative advice and expertise. Very fair price and his team were friendly and professional. Nathan worked with us regarding a few challenges we faced with the countertop we chose, he was honest and willing to partner with us. We were most impressed with his patience and help. This was a minor refresh with some issues and he gave us great service despite the fact this was not a major project for him. In a day and age when good contractors are hard to find, Nathan and his team renewed our faith in honestly good workers. Most importantly, he was hand in hand managing his team the day of the installation right in our kitchen. His ownership and confidence were impressive. We really appreciated all the effort and quality work.

Nathan was very professional and prompt. Did very nice work and counters look beautiful. He installed within the time frame he promised. I'd recommend him for sure! Everyone I came in contact with through his company were kind and professional. THANKS!

In performing my due diligence, I contacted---or attempted to contact---about 5 countertop vendors. Some wanted me to come in and talk with them - they did NOT want to come out to see me any my area of work, which was my kitchen that I was totally remodeling.. Nathan was quick to call me back and set up an appointment - around my schedule. He was prompt and brought actual samples. We talked about countertop options....I had wanted quartz, but we ended up with granite and am I glad we did. The next step was to go and pick out the granite. I took a colleague from work and we had a blast! The lady there was extremely helpful - lot of good choices, but with the floor sample and color scheme I had with me, I was able to choose a slab that had a unique pattern (later became part of my 3 x 5 island). A man came out and laser measured everything.....I was present and was concerned that I hadn't had all my appliances installed yet. No problem. On the day of the actual install, Nathan and crew took less than a day to remove the old C-Top, install a new garbage disposal (I had bought), a new granite sink and the new C-Top and Island (I had built). I came in from work to review and pay the balance. When I walked around the corner, I was totally blown away....WOW---It was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! It was better than I expected!!!!We settled up and I complimented him for his attention to detail, cleanup and overall positive attitude. I would highly recommend Nathan for his high quality work. It is hard to find an artisan these days who not only responds, but takes great pride in his work. Thank you Nathan! Randy

We contacted Countertops by Nathan in the first week of May 2017. Nathan came to our home for an estimate and consultation as to what we were looking for and we went over our options such as a corner cabinet, new sink, countertop, pantry, and valances for the stove area and over the sink. Nathan showed us samples and booklets of styles to choose from. We chose our kitchen based on what he offered through these tools and through verbal instruction. Needless to say, and sadly, we found out that we were somewhat "small potatoes" for this contractor. We had a very tedious time in getting a start date from Nathan after giving him 60% down, and when we continued to press for times and dates, the process seemed to slow down even more. When we finally secured a date, July 10th, this too was moved out further and Nathan blamed the distributor. He claimed that "They've had an employee walk out which is why your cabinets haven't been shipped."...Little did Nathan know, that we had been in touch with River Run a few times. They had never had any such "walk out" with their employees. When the job DID finally begin, we got nothing from this contractor that we spoke about or agreed to in full. Instead, we received shotty work and stretched out time constraints in that his work was full of excuses in being done correctly and in a timely fashion. When we cornered Nathan on issues arising, he insisted we had ordered what had been installed so far. But what we had ordered and discussed in the first place, was nothing that even resembled our wishes. We got mismatched valances in color, and when he realized his mistake, he tried to make a valance out of spare parts from the truck! Nathan strung us along for 13,197.00 over a 12 week period. He used stock cabinets he already had from the line we wanted on some of the the work - The kick plates under the cabinets didn't fit the space between the floor and the cabinets themselves - He left spaces in between cabinets that allow heat/air conditioning to escape from - and most of the trim work was left undone. We also didn't receive any of the cabinetry that we thought we were buying such as our corner cabinet, and a self standing pantry... We DID receive things we hadn't even wanted or asked for, such as the monstrosity surrounding our refrigerator . We had to have someone REBUILD the shotty window ledge he laid the new sill on as it was packed full of silicone and wouldn't dry. Nathan charged us 450.00 for the new window sill which should have been included in the price and done right in the first place (yes we did sign off on that, but we THOUGHT it would wrap around the corners like a window sill does). It was a piece of backsplash we had ALREADY PAID FOR. Therefore, Nathan padded the bill for another 450.00 claiming that "that is my price for tear out and installation" ..Trust goes a long way when it comes to agreement and customer service folks. But it also gets broken and torn down very easily when lies and the holes surrounding those lies continue to grow. We've called in another contractor to fix the work that Nathan and his "crew" just couldn't seem to muster. Nathan flat out refused to correct his work except for the receptacle he installed poorly in which I had gotten a shock from when trying to put the switch plate on . He claimed he would have to "Start charging us for "custom work" !!!! Apparently, this job was too small for Nathan to care about. This is really too bad as we really really liked Nathan at first. We quickly found out that MONEY was his priority. We were not. The new contractor we've hired to straighten everything out is just as perplexed as to why some of these things were done the way that they were. Nevertheless, we sincerely wish we could have given this contractor a better review.

<p>From the moment we contacted Nathan for a bid on our kitchen, dealing with his company was an excellent experience.  Nathan was very helpful in providing advice and offered suggestions to help with this overwhelming process.  All of Nathan's employees are professional and polite and all work was done in a timely and satisfactory manner.  When small issues occurred following the conclusion of the remodel, Nathan was quick to respond and fixed any outstanding issues.</p> <p>I additionally want to comment that Nathan's office manager, Connie was also extremely helpful.  She went with me to pick out the granite countertops, offering her own experience and expertise to the decision making process.  She was also quick to respond and helpful in dealing with any and all of my many questions!</p> <p>Having received a number of bids, while Nathan's was not the "cheapest" - you get what you pay for.  I could not be happier with the quality of the product and the work that was completed.</p> <p><br /> </p>

Nathan showed up right on time. First he put heavy paper down to protect floor and  proceeded to remove counter's, gas down draft cook top, sink and faucet's. Our old counter's had tile on top and it took awhile to remove. Cleaned up after job was complete. Nathan had two man helping him. All was done in about 8 hours of non stop work. My wife and I are very satisfied with job that was done. Would use Nathan again. <br />

Initial contact was timely & punctual. Very polite and very nice person to deal with. Did the initial sizing one day - made an appointment to "choose our slab" the following week and had countertops installed the following week. Instillation was pretty quick. He and his staff are very friendly, clean and clean up everything (and more) that they come with.  I am *very* satisfied with the instal. As granite goes - it is pricey but well worth the investment once in place. Nathan did a wonderful job for us!! <br />

<p>I contacted "Countertops by Nathan" via email on October 6th, 2014 about replacing our countertops and back splash for our kitchen.  I received a reply from Connie that same day. She scheduled an appointment to give us a quote. Nathan came to our house within 2 days and provided us with great sample products and pricing. My wife and I were extremely impressed with Nathan's knowledge and expertise with countertops.  We contracted with him that night and after a week or so, we decided on which colors and design we wanted.  On November 17th, 2014 Nathan and his crew came to our house as scheduled and replaced all counters, sink, faucet and tiled backsplash.  Wow, what a difference it made!  Our kitchen is now updated and looks great.  I would highly recommend Nathan for any countertop remodeling.  He was honest, on-time, professional and very reasonably priced. Nathan has great reasonable prices. This isn't the thin cheap granite some places are offering. Great quality and workmanship for the price. <br />

They were very professional in visiting and providing a free bid.  Their bid was the lowest of 3 we got.  We got to view the granite slabs before they were cut, and confirm they were acceptable to us.  They provided a responsive installation date and were at the house on time.  They finished the installation as promised in less than a day.  They included a lifetime sealer application.  They were able to avoid 1 joint by carefully fitting the full size piece into a very tight location.  They protected our tile floors and kept the place clean.  The results look great and we are very happy.  The owner, Nathan, was involved in all phases and was part of the installation team. <br />

My undermount kitchen sink was starting to come loose from my granite countertop, so I called Nathan. He and his partner came out, cleaned off the old, failing epoxy, put on new epoxy, and glued the sink back on, installing a custom-built support frame so the epoxy wouldn't be holding the sink up by itself. They were prompt and efficient, and the work was good. After the sink was back in and the piping reattached, they told me to watch it for leaks. There turned out to be a small, intermittent drip. A few days later they came back out and determined the leak was actually coming from a tiny fissure in my aging garbage disposal -- nothing to do with their work. I hadn't noticed it before because it was so minor and the water was mostly being absorbed by all the crap I keep under the sink. Anyway, I offered to pay Nathan for the diagnosis, and he demurred, said it was just part of the job, which I appreciated. Nice, family-run operation. I'll use them again if the need arises. <br />

They were professional, thorough, polite, on time and did what they claimed.  All in all, a pleasure to work with. <br />

Nathan was the only contractor out of six that would even talk to me about the crack. The crack was over 12 inches long. He cleaned and sealed the crack then buffed the entire countertop to give it a uniform look. He went over the do's and don'ts of the kind of countertop I had. He was clean and polite. He cleaned up after the job. <br />
