These guys put up some (3) garage ceiling racks for me, and they did a good job.

Bad repair. Damaged the door frame by attempting to put a strike plate where one was unneeded. After strike plate installed door could not close. Thus a total fail. Final repair by a person who knew about doors found tightening the hinges lifted the door so it would latch properly. A simple diagnosis would have saved unrepairable damage to the door. Attached picture shows the damage.

Overall it went well. We had a few date/day changes that worked out though I stress when I need to adjust my work schedule. I work full time and have learned that I need to be on -site when work is done by independents. I also have 3 dogs that need to be managed. As a widowed and single older person, I feel a bit more protective of my space and security both during and in the future. Phillip is quite Jovial - nice 'good ol boy' affect from Texas. Very casual. I went ahead and had the work done on outside Gazebo (More an open Ramada) that got attached to existing structure so we'll see how that goes. I prefer more detailed specifications on the build. I won't use him for additional structures attached to my home until I'm retired. I could attached a photo if my son helps me but not at this time. Want to say he di modify the slatting on top to preserve existing vines as requested. Very Happy about that spec. treatment.

The staining went well. Had a couple of clean-up issues with the deck that they never returned to fix.

Work went well. Have had them back for a second coat of transparent stain before the summer sun could cause damage. Very friendly and professional.

Phil damaged the steel frame to a door. He obviously did not know how to fix it properly. He should have sought approval prior to making any changes of a permanent nature.

Philip and his crew of young men did a fine job. The new deck is much like the old one, but Philip added some nice touched, like edging the boards and bringing in boards long enough that there are no seams. It new deck looks amazing!

Great. Phillip communicated well with scheduling and estimate. The work done was excellent, really made the deck look nice. Built new stair case and in addition, he built a new gate for our backyard fence. I felt I received excellent service and quality workmanship. It was also all done in a timely manner.

After 13 years of having a west facing backyard with out a view, I now enjoy a panoramic site of the western sky!! The project went very well. It took 3 men 3 days to do the work. There was a lot of detail work in doing the pergola with the groves for the top pieces.The owner Philip is very personable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves too.

Called several Deck company's to power wash, fix all screws and paint our deck. <br /> Country Decks Unlimited was quick to respond, quick to get me an estimate and did a great job. <br /> I choose them over several others mainly because of there communication. <br /> I hate when you contact a company and they get back to you 2,3 or several days later or not art all! <br /> CDU called me with in a few hours, and emailed me an estimate by the end of the day! <br /> They were flexible and fairly priced. <br /> I will use them again! <br /> <br />

The following day after the work was done there was some white bleed through, then over the next two days that extended to much of the deck. I took pictures of the bleed through.
