I have a water heater that was leaking and I notice that the power breaker got ripping. so I texted my friend and asked him if he can recommend someone to do it. He came out and he's nice, young man, very charming. I told him I live in a mobile home and he said he need to turn off my pump because the water is leaking. He told me to call my insurance company because he had to replace my bedroom floor, utility room floor and walking closet floor and half of kitchen. floor. I stayed in the hotel for about 2 months and then when I came home, there's power but I no longer have overhead lights. I had cats and dogs that I need to take care of so I need to come to my mobile home often and then I saw that some of my things are not working right, the shower is fine but when I set it to cold water it's not working so I had to wash in warm water. The washer is also dirty, it works barely, I think there's a rust on it. My friend advice me to to wash it again and I tried it again so right now it works. They also left my washing machine and dryer outside and didn't put any covering on it so it barely works and they burned one of my book shelves.

"The hot water heater was replaced, flooring replaced, etc. The washer and dryer are about 20 years old and they were put on the back porch with roof. We did not have anything around washer. She tried a cycle on washer and is now working. She already had electrical problems. Advised her to get an electrician. Let her keep $750 of the contract price. The men did burn a bookshelf, it had rot on the bottom of it. It was pressed wood and she could have replaced for about $50. She had about 15 cats using the bathroom everywhere. She had a dead ferret between her mattress and box springs. The men had to move all that nasty stuff out. She had 3 dead cats in an aquarium. The place was so nasty the men did not want to go back."

After nine weeks and a total of less than 60 hours at rate of less than seven hours per week man hours of labor, porches were completed to include repair of steps. None of the other terms of the contract were completed. Contractor insisted that entire contract should be paid in full, $6500. When contract was terminated with incompletion of terms, contractor sued. Court found contractor liable for $1000 to client as completion of services required by another Company.

"The entire contract was completed. He wanted the screen on his lanai fixed. There was only a small portion not attached. Went back to the job and he had used pressure washer on it and blew out several panels, which was not in our agreement. The court did find in his favor, because I was not given proper notice and did not know about the hearing till afterward. There was something crooked about the whole thing. I had been calling to find out a court date. They mailed notice at Thanksgiving and I was out of town. Taking to superior court. This customer owes me $4,350.09 and I intend to collect."

I worked eleven and a half hours and only got paid $50. The job was in Springfield, GA wich is an hour away from where I stay. My job was to sand then paint the bathroom and island in closet then paint back room. Shelby Floyd did not finish mudding and told me to paint around it and he would go back, horrible communication skills and work done. I thought he was a man of his word, but he said he was paying me for the job done. Supposed to be paid weekly, I worked on the 18th of April (six hours) and on April 22nd (5 1/2 hours) and did not get check mailed until April 27th.

From the moment we called the company we received nothing but courtesy and professionalism. The quote was within reason and the workers were very knowledgeable in there explaining what they were going to do. They were careful not to create other problems. Job was extensive and went without a hitch. What little mess that was made was cleaned as it went. All in all I not only would hire this company again but would recommend to others.
