I have used Dun Jie’s inspection services a few times to be honest. As a first time home buyer, I am apprehensive on making this $$$$$$ decision. Prior to the inspection appointments, Dun Jie and I would go over the areas of most concern to me. He puts me at ease by ensuring to look over those areas in detail. After each inspection, he provides a detail report on his findings from foundation to roof. One of my biggest fears is that the roof would leak and cave in due to the age of one of the homes. Each time, he would put me at ease by going over the reports (inspection, termite, etc) and his findings together. He also puts my mind at ease by providing an aerial view for me to see the areas of my concern by using his drone. Long story, I am finally in the process of closing in the next 3 weeks. Dun Jie’s inspection helped me negotiate for $50k less! His service and professionalism is unmatched. He is meticulous in his work, patient (since even I know I can be a bit much), punctual, and overall, a great guy! I love that he is extremely thorough and does not rush on the job at all. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone I know looking for home inspection services. Two of my friends used him recently and they were both thankful that Dun Jie was referred! Overall, 5 Stars!!!!!

Dun Jie was not just an average home inspector. He displayed competence, professionalism and kindness. From the beginning to the end of inspection, he was extremely thorough and took the time covering every part of the house, including the roof and the attic. He also utilized updated technology to inspect certain areas of the house. Dun Jie was very pleasant and answered all our questions with great knowledge. After the inspection, he sent us a detailed report with pictures and recommendations. We would definitely want to hire him again in the future and recommend him to all our friends and family.

All we can say is Dunjie has been a lifesaver for us and our apartment - the first year after our move was full of kinks, lots of needed help and repairs and much needed education, and we could always trust him to help us with anything, show us what to look out for, and fix things efficiently. He always keeps an eye towards safety and feasibility, and he's a great communicator. I'm not sure we've ever felt more comfortable with and trusting of a contractor. We used Dunjie during our process of purchasing a new home. He was professional, detail-oriented, and helped to spot issues that did wasn't immediately noticeable to us. He even helped steer us away from a home we were seriously considering after pointing out some termite damage! The best thing about working with him is how easy it is to reach him. The wife really appreciates this, she's called him so many times asking for explanations about inspections I was sure he was going to block her number. Highly recommended!

Dun Jie is awesome!!! He took his time and did quality work. I have worked with many handiman prior who did not do such good work, but Dun Jie was able to explain to me why the work the others did resulted in him having to redo it; the right way. He has such vast knowledge and answered all my questions so that I understood why things were the way they were. When we found things in my co-op that I thought would cost me alot of money to fix, Dun Jie reassured me that it wouldn't and it didn't. After his last visit, I was extremely happy! He completed all the tasks needed that made things more organized and some of his recommendations (ie: switching from haligen lightbulbs to LED in my small kitchen) made such a significant difference! I'm so happy I found Dun Jie to help us through all the handiman needs in our household.

I have hired Dunjie several times and recommended him to the other owners in my building, who also hired him. His prices are fair, he's communicative, and he shows up when he says (or informs if he's delayed). He's knowledgeable and if there's something he is not the best person to handle, he has told me. I recommend reaching out to him for any issue he is equipped to deal with.

Inspector Zheng was professional and informative. He arrived early and didn't rush through the inspection. He was able to give me a run down of the house and offered great honest advice. He went above and beyond with every detail in the inspection and explained everything in great details. Following the inspection, there was a quick turn around on the receipt of the 38 pages report. I had some questions about the report and he addressed all my concerns. I’m very pleased with his professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him in the future.

I found Dunjie in 2021 when I was buying my home and I’m glad I chose him to be my inspector. He was very thorough and found several issues including possible costly repairs and upgrades. While the seller refused to negotiate further and I ultimately went through with the purchase, Dunjie’s findings did help me set proper expectations for home ownership. He was easy to reach after the inspection to explain and give advice. I would recommend him any time and I have referred him to friends and will continue to do so.
