I have been in the trade’s business for 13 years. I have did Hvac, plumbing and electrical. I’m here to serve the customer and do the job for the right price. It’s not about always putting new -- if it can be repaired and work properly, than I will fix it. My company is based off what’s best for customer no matter what.

They did a great job! Shawn communicated frequently to keep me updated. We had a few weather delays but he and the crew were very good about letting me know when they could come. The work quality was exactly excellent too. Overall I was very pleased with the job.

Shawn is very good communicator and professional. They paid attention to small details. Work ended up being longer than he anticipated. He didn't complain. They had all the tools necessary for the job. Cleaned up and took all cardboard trash with them. He also treats his employees well. I will hire him again.

We had a great experience with Shawn from CLS. He went out of his way to provide service to us with very short notice. 1. Paint (walls/trim), replace faucets and mirrors in master bath and kitchen faucet. Work done as promised with a competitive price. We were completely satisfied with Project. Project took 2 days in June. 2. Replace kitchen appliances (oven,MW,DW and Refrig.), run gas line from attic to Kitchen and install outside exhaust for MW. Haul off old appliances. We were disappointed with overall performance with installers and Shawn (owner). Our complaints are 1) unprofessional attitude by by some of the installers. Example: Dishwasher installer did not complete install. When asked if he was going to finish unpacking inside shipping materials and test the dishwasher he refused and told me I can do that. 2) Installers did not protect the hard wood floors which resulted in many scuff marks. 3) Gas line was not installed as quoted. We came to agreement over cost. Upside all appliances installed correctly and working properly. Project took 1 day with return visit for drywall patching and painting in August. Shawn displayed potential as a small business owner (Company 6-7 Months old). Couple of his crew showed lack of discipline and professional curiosity.

Would not recommend this company. Caught company owner in many lies, he was angry that we went behind him to confirm work was being done appropriate and fairly. Never had anyone speak to a customer as rudely as we were. After breaking ties, found even more work that was completed needed to be redone as it was not done correctly.

I went out my way to help with flooring and this was a insurances claim and you try to get more work out of me that was not quoted and didn’t want to pay your deductible as a homeowner. Everything was up front and listed on a estimate that you sign. And I gave you money back. Nothing was wrong cause the job was not completely finish cause you wanted it done different than the quote."
