These guys were amazing. I hired them to replace my tankless hot water heater. They took a no need to haggle approach to the estimate process, which I appreciated. The install process felt very white glove, with runners deployed left left my floors and freshly painted walls without a mark. JD was very professional and personable, taking the needed time to do the install correct the first time. They even went the extra mile and fixed an unrelated issue (was not their fault) that would have failed the city inspection. What service! These guys are my new go to plumbers

James and Lance did a great job. In spite of three problems coming up during the repair/replacement, both pushed through and completed the job, staying later than any of us expected. It also doesn't hurt that Courtesy stood by their quote which was a fraction of the first plumber's quote.

I had Courtesy out to my home to re-pipe with Uponor PEX. Matt and his team showed up right on time and were ready to get to work. In addition to the work originally contracted, I also wanted them to re-pipe my softener/filters. They worked hard all day long to finish my job in one day, even with the additional work requested. They did a top notch job and I am really happy with the completed work.
