The owner of the company Jeff came out and checked my leaking roof and provided a gave me a free estimate. My wife had lined up over a dozen people to try to get the best price as money is tight right now. I met with nine others and still decided to go with Jeff. The gut feeling I got after meeting him was just better than the others. Even though he was not the cheapest I felt I was getting the best company for my repair. I let him know I woule like to get started right away. So the next morning the work started. I recieved photos and texts in real time while the work was being done. The work was done on time and they cleaned everything up. I am very glad I found Jeff and would give his info to anyone looking for roof services.

I had some tiles replaced by Courtesy Roofing Services about 3 years ago, last month there are few tiles fall again. I texted Jeff with before/after pictures, Jeff texted me back and quoted” if it was the same tiles replaced by them, it is cover by warranty” After verification of my last work order, Jeff arranged me a schedule. His team was here on time, the roofer replaced the new tile, clean the broken tiles, explain it to me how the wood was rotten and how he fixed it. The Job went well! The crew showed up on time and ready to work. The kid took a little extra time due to excessive heat. 103+. The crew informed me everyday of the progress and let me know if there were areas of concern. They cleaned up everyday. Very pleasant to work with!
