They arrived right on time. They were courteous and professional. Gave me a quick estimate, which I believe was fair. Upon agreeing to their price, they asked me what settings I wanted on the outdoor sensor lights they were about to install and explained what each did. They were done, I'd say in less then 25 minutes. The lights look great and work great! For any electrical needs, I'll continue to use Cousino Electric!

They came prepared to do the job, but gave me a price first. I don't know what the average cost is, but will have them back for future electrical work.

Spoke to Troy on the 29th and was able to schedule for the 30th. Ed called in advance and was actually able to get here earlier than planned. He was friendly, polite, and professional. He finished the job quickly. Lights are working great.

It was done in two visits. First was the troubleshooting of outlets. I agreed to the $127 troubleshooting fee which it only took about 5-10 minutes to fix problem. It was a bit high but I agreed to it before I seen how long it took (to be fair, they also didn’t know how long it would take). They then quoted me $485 to run a new 20 amp outlet from my panel to my sunroom, to be done at a later date. I had thought it would be done in the same visit but it didn’t bother me to reschedule. I felt the price was fair to run the extra line so no complaints there. As for punctuality, they were about 5-10 minutes late which again wasn’t a big deal for me. I knew I was the first appointment of the day and that they were coming from Toledo. I can only give an excellent if they were here by the time stated but there was no issues on my end with the time they arrived. The electricians (2) they sent out were very professional and had excellent workmanship. I would definitely use them again in the future.

On the first job Jake and Justin installed a new 50 amp sub panel in our garage then ran new feed underground. They went over and above our expectations to complete the job. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was extremely hot that day and we know the conditions couldn't have been worse to do this job. Needless to say they got our electric back up and running in the garage/work room. We were so pleased we hired Cousino Electric again to install new light sockets and plugs in our garage. Andy and Jay also were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Both crews cleaned up after themselves (a very big plus in my opinion) and explained what they had done when they were completed with the job. From the original call to the end of the job we couldn't be happier. The telephone was answered and an appointment was immediately set up! The two electrical technicians that installed our porch fan did a fantastic job. They demonstrated their technical knowledge and expertise when they were able to come up with viable ways to correctly and safely install our fan on our porch ceiling. They were very professional and courteous throughout the entire installation process. I will definitely call on them again to install lighting in our attic. I have recommended them to our friends and family. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done.

Great! They were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Made sure that we were happy with the positioning of the spots on the patio and lawn. We used the option to have them select the fixture so it is warranted should anything go wrong or need adjusting.

I got a call back within 2-3 hrs from my initial message, we scheduled a date (~2 days) and the electricians fixed our problem. Besides this I asked them to look at power flickering when there was a big draw and they directed me to a meter problem (and to call Edison - which I did and the meter has been replaced). So - fixed one problem, diagnosed another. Nice work!!

Cousino Electric was able to run a line from my main circuit breaker box to my garage. The line was surface mounted to the house in an area that already houses the air conditioner, sprinkler box, etc. The exterior part of the job looks very sturdy, secure and unobtrusive. The line enters the garage wall through an exterior wall and connects to the wall charger. The interior portion of the installation is also well done. I was told that the amperage could be adjusted if I have any problems while charging. The end result was a very clean, professional installation.
