They did a great job. They're very reasonable and backs up his work. When we had the roof work done, we still had leaking issues. He came back to fix it, but we still had problems. He came back and finally took care of it, and each time he came back out, he never charged us additionally for the work.

We had been searching for some time for replacement entry doors for our home. The existing doors were not a standard size. Covenant Construction was recommended by a provider we had used in the past who suggested that Ronnie Forrester at Covenant might be able to adjust the framing to accept a standard size set of doors. Problem solved! We placed an order online for exactly the doors we wanted and scheduled our appointment with Covenant to coincide with the delivery to store date. Ronnie Forrester of Covenant picked up the doors, delivered and installed the same day. The result was excellent, greatly improved the appearance of our entry and the price was extremely reasonable. Mr. Forrester and his father worked together on the project and were both very skilled as well as pleasant and courteous. Great experience, start to finish. <br />

<p>It went just great.I had originally contacted someone else about doing this work and they said they thought Wayne and his business would be better suited to handle the job.So I checked him out on Angie's List and contacted him.He came out and looked at what needed to be done and let me know the price and day he would do it.I did not have to be home for any of it.The chimney looks brand new and the the shingle replacement looks great.</p> <br />

Our experience with Covenant Construction went very well, from the moment we first contacted them until the job was complete. We contacted them on Tuesday at approximately 12:30pm to ask if/when they would be able to replace a door jam at our home. We were told due to my proximity to their office, they could come by Wednesday after 10:00am, after they left another job. They actually showed up at 09:50 am. Both gentlemen were very respectful. They made an assessment of exactly what needed to be done, and what additional materials they would need. Even after making a trip to the lumber company, they still had the job done well before 1:00pm. They even adjusted the door to the point it now opens better than ever. We were very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to call them again. <br />

Covenant Construction did a very good job.  The price was excellent and the work was good.  They forgot to gaulk a section of the base boards but came to fix it within hours of me notifying them. <br />

Wayne and his crew were wonderful to work with.  I am readying my  home for sale and had a number of items that i wanted to be done prior to listing.  Wayne diagnosed the issues with my roof and drainage problems and gave me confidence that he knew how to repair. He and his Dad and son got right to work on everything on the list and made sure that I approved of what was done.  He was also extremely flexible and did not mind my adding to the list as the day went along.  I would recommend Wayne to anyone who wants a responsible and reliable contractor. I will be using his services in the future. <br />

Contractor was very reliable. Provide estimate for both cost and expected time to complete the job. After completion, found 2 other areas in need of repair and contractor came back and completed those without any additional charge

Wayne was brought in by another Angies List provider to assess and fix the roofing issues with the squirrels that invaded the house. He sent pictures of the work in progress and finished work to show how it was completed. Since I live many hours away, it was great to have another person who cares about how the work got done. <br /> His receipts were copied and emailed to me for review with the invoice at the end of each day of work. Very reasonable costs and rate. <br /> Wayne did a better job than I could have done on my own. <br /> Thanks for treating my property like it was your own.  <br /> <br />
