Covenant Garage Doors & Openers LLC

He was courteous, kind and worked quickly on the problem. He was kind to my little dog too that seemed to enjoy having him around. After installing the new opener, he gave me instructions on how to run it. He went over the new "eyes" that could become blocked by something causing it to appear that the garage door was broken. It is just a safety device to keep from hitting a pet, child, car or other thing in the way. He was even able to supply me with an extra remote control. He was done and out the drive in about one and a half hours.
I will call Covenant Garage Doors again if I need a garage door repaired again. I will also refer him to anyone that asks me for a garage door repairman.
I call a service call for garage door not closing with remote sometimes and most time I have to manually close. My service provider came before schedule time and took a quick look and advise of debris on and around sensor... quickly brushed and sprayed track and wheels and it open and close like brand new... I was so shock of the quick diagnose and total professionalism. I recommend him to anyone family and close friend.
He was punctual, had all the parts with him, and was finished in an hour. I would definitely call him again.
They were very prompt and did a great job. I would use them again.

My husband was pleased with them. They came when they were supposed to and they were able to fix it. I was extremely satisfied that it was fixed when I got home. The price was fair.

HE WAS ON TIME, HE PROVIDED ALL NECESSARY MATERIALS TO COMPLETE THE JOB, AND REMOVED ALL OLD PARTS AND PIECES FROM THE JOB SITE. . TH E GARAGE DOOR LOOKS AND WORKS GREAT. VERY HAPPY.

Came out early (7:45) on a wednesday, gave me a quote, told me what needed to be done and we shook hands. He came back the next day (7:45) completed the work as decribed, at the price quoted. I couldnt be happier. Great company.
Very well.
Good phone connection, good estimate, good installation.

I received immediate response with my first call for an appointment, and the technician was able to come the same day. He arrived as scheduled and made the repairs in a very short timeframe. The garage door opener was an old one (about 20 years old), so I was concerned it could be repaired. However, Covenant got it working again quickly. We appreciated the professionalism of the technician and the overall service of Covenant.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with Covenant. Very professional, very courteous, very fair in their dealings with me. The serviceman actually recommended a lesser repair to get me by for another year or two but I chose a long-term solution...complete replacement of the garage door. I highly recommend this company.

They came out, did some re-wiring, and also did a tuneup. This included all new rollers. They were very timely. I have a large wooden door and it made a big difference in the performance and volume of the door.
