I was amazed at how great my whole experience was with Covenant Roofing! They showed up on Monday Morning did a complete tear off, replaced the plywood which was all soft due to many hurricanes and had the metal on and completed by the end of the day. I had never dealt with a roofing company before, so I did my homework and went with the company due to their high ratings across the board. It wasn't cheap, but that's not necessarily what I was looking for. Quality work with a company that has a history in the area, proven track record and a roof that comes with a guarantee. They hit all of my expectations and I couldn't be happier. I can again feel secure in my home without the worry of leaks. I appreciate the company and the team that did such a wonderful job and they will always receive my highest recommendation if anyone asks who did my roof. My deepest thanks goes out to the whole team!

After hiring Covenant seven (7) years ago to replace the asphalt shingles on my roof and add vents, their office has been contacted twice for additional repairs because of shoddy workmanship. In response to the first issue, a rep from Covenant did resolve that problem at no additional cost to me--because the problem was from shoddy workmanship back in 2017. In response to the second issue, no reasonable remedy has been offered by Covenant. Again, the problem was from shoddy workmanship back in 2017, according to the assessment by a competitor of Covenant that resolved the issue for me for a nominal fee. Additionally, by contrast and comparison, my neighbor had asphalt shingles for his entire roof replaced by a competitor of Covenant at the same time mine were replaced seven years (7) ago and his roof appears in much better condition than mine, although an employee of Covenant claimed the materials for my roof were high quality and the guys performing the labor were professionals. Before submitting this review, the decision-maker at Covenant was contacted multiple times over a period of a month with multiple opportunities to resolve this most recent problem, to no avail. As a result of these issues, Covenant has betrayed my trust and cannot be considered for future hire unless and until my trust is regained. I cannot recommend Covenant for your next roofing job.

My experience with Covenant Roofing is that this Roofing Company is all about Integrity and Providing you with Quality Workmanship, and Great Customer Service. The Entire Team at Covenant Roofing was Fantastic to work with, and Five Stars is really not enough as a rating for my review. Their team, from the office staff to the project supervisors and installers, all went above and beyond to make sure they provided us with a great product, easy financing options, and a wonderful customer service experience. They worked with us on the timing of the project and made sure that all our expectations were met, and I have complete confidence in knowing that we have a great finished product, and with the exceptional warranty they provide, should something in the future arise, that they will be there and stand behind their workmanship. If you need a new roof, I highly suggest that you give this company a try, I think you’ll be very happy that you did. These folks are the only roofers I want to deal with. If you are looking for a company that provides honest and quality work right from the get go, you've found them. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Here's my story: I discovered I needed to get my 20+ year roof replaced, so I went through the motions of getting quotes and speaking with roofing companies. I got so many conflicting (and in some cases, as I discovered later, just plain bad) suggestions that I ended up having to read the Florida Building Code (for roofs both in and out of the Miami-Dade area). I discovered Covenant Roofing by sheer luck on Google reviews in my area and from the start, Justin was straight-forward and factually correct, and easy to work with. As was his team during install. That gave me the reassurance I had picked the right company. The roof was installed in a couple of weeks, and it was done perfectly and smoothly. They did a very good job, start to finish and cleaned up.

I can give nothing but praise for the job done by Covenant Roofing for replacing the existing roof and installing cover over the lanai and carport. Everything that was mentioned by Brian during the sales estimate and the work done by Aaron's crew was dead-on accurate. If you need an existing roof or new roof on your home, Covenant Roofing is the company to choose. Excellent work!!

It only took one day to reroof a 1200sqft rancher. My biggest complaint was that I was told financing was “in-house” I understood that statement to mean Covenant financed. I got a credit card from Synchrony Bank with a 26.99% interest rate for the $13,200 roof to be paid in 5 years. Thats over $10,900 in interest! You can imagine I was really upset! On top of that they did not mail a bill and i had a $30 late fee. Synchrony did agree to reduce to the 7.99% Covenant promised but all this added an unnecessary layer of stress. I really did not appreciate that credit card without my consent

Covenant Roofing has a great crew working for them. Andrew and Tony did a great job in getting out for the estimate and scheduling the work to get completed.

Workers did everything they were supposed to do. However, 2 expensive hummingbird feeders ended up missing. Sales was non pressure but the final expense was far more than anticipated. The expense for "rotted wood" was made without any pictures for proof of damage. Additionally I was hit with a 3% charge for paying in full with my debit card. I would not consider using them again

These guys were great. Worked with us to make the new roof affordable, we are Seniors and on a fixed income.

Everything went as I was told it would. They responded promptly to my first phone call. A representative came checked the problem told me the cost how long it would be until the job could be done. The roofer tech came as scheduled and completed the repair. The staff were professional and courteous. I highly recommend this roofer.

its been more than a month and they still have not come back to clean up the debris in my yard and and put back my filter leaf gutters and down spouts. I signed the work completion form as they told me that it must be signed before the inspection by the city could be completed. But, that they would be back the next day to put everything back in its place. This has not happened. I have called their company numerous times only to be told someone would be out the next day or I would get the run-a-round and then they would pass the buck.
