My husband and I ran into a snag on a renovation project. Cowboy Construction pitched in to quickly and reasonably take care of us. Great communication and service at each step. I appreciated the customer-first approach, and would definitely work with Jarrett and his team again!

We needed a ceiling repaired and wanted to have the living room and hallways painted at the same time. It was a fairly small job, but Chuck and Jarrett were so responsive that we felt valued as clients. They followed the timeframe they had set. The price they quoted was on par for our area. They were able to begin the project when our schedule allowed, within about three weeks. The repair and painting were completed quickly. The crew was professional, polite, and respectful of our home. Our cats are generally shy around strangers, but they were so comfortable with the crew that they hung around and “supervised” them. The crew communicated with Jarrett and me as needed, so everything went very smoothly. The quality of the work is outstanding. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the work. We look forward to having Cowboy Construction work with us on future projects, such as flooring installation and a bathtub to walk-in shower conversion.

They are quick and very thorough. They continuously communicated throughout the entire renovation. If we had any questions they responded quickly. No pressure sales tactics were used. They listened to what we wanted. The result was exactly what we were after

I needed a full bath and half bath remodel. The first quote I received was ridiculously high at $21,500. Keep in mind that we only needed the demo and installation completed. I had already bought the vanities, tiles, shower doors, shower head system, shower wall panels, shower pan, toilets, paint, faucets etc. The 2nd quote was much better priced, but the contractor was difficult to work with and kept trying to sway me away from my vision. So I contacted Cowboy and I'm so happy I did. They gave me a great price for the quote and I felt very comfortable with Jarrett and Chuck. I knew right away they were going to be my "3rd time's a charm". About 10 days after I accepted the quote, I had 2 guys doing all the demo of both bathrooms. Then I had the same 3 people to install everything from beginning to end. Jarrett was easy to reach when I had questions or concerns. At the very end of the install there were a few issues, but Jarrett sent them back the next day and everything was addressed. Overall, it was a surprisingly smooth process. I've heard horror stories of remodels going wrong or end in disaster, but that didn't happen here. Next up on the remodel list is the kitchen and one more full bathroom and I will definitely call Cowboy to do those as well. Thank you guys!!!!!

I recently contacted Jarrett with Cowboy Construction for a kitchen renovation/overhaul. My kitchen was original from 1952, with the only modern update being laminate flooring and a newish sink fixture. Timing, pricing, and communication were impeccable. The crews that came out were clean and efficient with their work. I've been very pleased with all the work done. All contract agreements have been fulfilled to meet or exceed expectations. I would highly recommend using Cowboy Construction for any of your home improvement needs.

The president of the company, Jarrett Douma, met me at the tile company to help me pick out tile. After I paid for everything they came back to touch up a few minor things. Jarrett is so very nice and accommodating. My new bathroom is gorgeous. Now I have a step in shower!

Excellent price and great installation. We had them put down new tile in the master bath and it’s beautiful and well done.
