Mr. Adams was prompt.and professional. He provided advice on how to make follow through on registering my faucet to protect my lifetime guarantee rights as there appeared to be a potential defect in the new Delta faucet he installed. When Home Depot and Delta in essence acknowledged the defective product as shipped and sent a replacement part, he offered to install it at no extra charge! I would happily use him again.

The best to ever do it, I really have no complaints! He was patient, timely, and ensured that the work was done perfectly which is refreshing considering my experience with a lot of workers who were lazy and didn’t provide quality service. When he helped me with putting up my pictures and shelves, fixing the kitchen sink after it exploded, and the drainage in my bathroom, he informed me throughout about what went wrong and tips on how to prevent future problems. He’s great to talk to and whenever I have an issue, I know I can always rely on Nigel to get it done right every time!

Nigel showed up when he said he would, had the proper tools and equipment to install my off-brand faucet/sprayer. Due to the age of hook up under the sink, he also had to install an inside cut off valve. He preformed everything correctly and completely. He cleaned up afterwards and left everything better than it was prior to him starting. He had everything done within 30 minutes. I am very pleased and will be using his services in the future.
