About us
With twenty-three years of construction experience in Maryland and Virginia under his belt, Thomas Abraham returned to his native Pennsylvania and founded Thomas Abraham Homes, Ltd. Tom learned the building business in Maryland while at the Artery Organization, a growing custom and production builder/developer of single-family, multi-family, and garden apartment housing. Then, at Ryland Homes, Tom worked for one of the nation's largest homebuilding companies as the Manager of National Accounts Purchasing and gained the experience of working with suppliers and subcontractors around the nation, particularly on new product design and applications. Tom has experience in custom building through stick-framing, panelized, and modular operations. Trading as Abraham Homes in the Pittsburgh, PA area, the company is dedicated to delivering value and satisfaction to its buyers. Capable of building homes in excess of 3000 square feet. The company will also provide homes in the 1200-2000 square feet range to meet the needs of its buyer's budgets. Abraham Homes offers 1-story, 2-story, and 1st floor master bedroom models. Abraham Homes builds primarily in Westmoreland County, east of Pittsburgh, on owner's lots or in shared subdivisions. Nearby areas will be considered on a case by case basis. Future plans envision development of whole subdivisions. Model homes are normally under construction and available for sale. The company offers many floor plans and will build from the owner's plans.
