Demolition of one patio and construction of two patios, including concrete, alumiwood and electrical fan and lighting. Very good design and execution. Clean and on schedule. Made adjustments as required or requested. Only issue was their concrete crew poked a few small holes in patio screen door. I highly recommend them. Best experience we've had with a remodeling company.

After long delays (couple months for permit processing), all work was completed satisfactory. Brian Cox did a great job and kept us informed as the work progressed. The job site was cleaned and vacuumed at the end of each work day. <br /> <br /> We are very pleased with the results and recommend Coxco to other homeowners with outdoor projects.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. They showed up on time each day, worked at a good pace and gave me a finished product that I'm sincerely in love with. People are in awe of my new patio cover! <br /> The electrical was installed so perfectly that you'd never know where they ran the power. The fans were mounted perfectly and the wood structure was tied into the house seamlessly. The roof that was put on is beautiful and matches our house perfectly. The stain job and paint job they did was perfect as well. Coxco address all the little items as well. They covers up many of the metal plates so that you'd never know they were there, they painted the ledger to match the house, and they designed a cover that is pure beauty. The corbal cuts they made are perfect and the LED lights were mounted so well that it feels like a baseball stadium out on my lawn when I turn them on now. The interior fans and associated lights are perfect and mounted beautifully as well. The electrical outlets I requested to run around the perimeter were also done so well that you'd never know how they got the power to them. The stain job was done to perfection and the roof was also installed perfectly. <br /> They even took the time to fix the low voltage lights that I had installed two years ago. The previous contractor had not done a good job, so they addressed the issue and now the lights work perfectly. <br /> WheneverI had questions or wanted certain things changed or address they were happy to help out. Brian was always professional and is a really hard working man. His assistant was awesome as well. I just can't say enough about how happy I was with their service. <br /> You will not go wrong if you hire this company to build you a patio cover or deck. You'll be happy with the service from start to finish. My patio is now every bit as great as my family room, maybe better!

Workmen were polite and thorough; cleaned up after work each time. The job required my fascia to be replaced prior to beginning as they were dryrotted. Coxco recommended a builder to do that work as well (additional cost involved here) and they were also very good. The work took approximately three days on patio and side covering/awning; the fascia and guttering an additional week prior to beginning the patio. Had to coordinate three different contractors: fascia repair, guttering replacement, and patio. All work went very smoothly with good communications between all parties. I would definitely recommend this company or use them again. I am very pleased with the results.

Brian showed up promptly to give us an estimate. We had envisioned a wooden structure, but were delighted when he told us he could build one out faux wood grain aluminum we had seen before. From start to finish Brian was prompt, clean, professional, and very easy to work with. The project was done on time and we are more than satisfied with the end results. It is much better than we envisioned. Brian is a truly a perfectionist.

Set up a time for an estimate on a week day. Brain was on time and provided an estimate while on site. Changes were made during the remodel and Brain came out to do a final remeasure prior to ordering materials. The day of install, the incorrect materials were brought to the job site, but the problem was the material wholesaler not COXCO Inc. The correct materials were delivered within a couple of hours and work began the same day. Work was finished the following day. The quality of the work, and ability to adjust plans to accommodate design changes was outstanding. I am very pleased with the end result.
