Cox Home Improvement came in and saved the day when a previous contractor decided the job was too much for him to handle. Rob responded quickly to my request and provided a very reasonable estimate for completion of the job. I am very happy with the work that they completed, and it was done in a timely and precessional manner. The crew cleaned up the work space each day before they left, they checked in frequently to make sure they were meeting my expectations, and provided an overall great experience to what was a stressful situation for me. I had been looking for someone to build a steps/ramp & additional deck on to our pool for a very long time & I finally found the right man for job - Rob with Cox home improvement. Rob was very professional, detailed, & friendly. Everything thing he said on cost, structure, & time frame he kept his word on! I told Rob what my budget was & he stayed within that budget & never tried to raise any cost on us, in fact, he saved us money!! Rob, the owner is one of the nicest, most hardworking pros I have ever hired. He worked non-stop and and his work was outstanding. I am still amazed at how beautiful my kitchen floor looks. He even installed it in my hallway and it was unexpected because we didn't ask him until he got here. He was so receptive and so easy to work with. I have already hired him to install new windows in my sunroom and I will use him now as my handyman for all projects in my home. If you want professionalism, courtesy, and incredible craftsmanship, I would highly recommend Rob. He is is a consummate professional.

Rob was very professional. He came out in a very timely manner. The bid was very reasonable, and he was able to come out and do the job shortly after. The job entailed taking cabinet off the wall, repairing it, then rehanging the cabinet probably. With his workmanship and expertise Rob did a very nice job. I would recommend him highly!

Rob did a wonderful job installing A/C brackets into brick. He says he does all sorts of jobs and I look forward to recommending him to anyone looking for help. He cares about the work he does and work he does will be done right. He is super fair in pricing. He's also just a great guy, a pleasure to do business with. Wish I had found him sooner. I can tell he has diverse skills. I found him when I was looking for someone who does construction, but he is more of a jack of all trades. My windows ended up not being standard and needed leveled... the brace equipment was insufficient, but he had a perfect solution and made quick work of ensuring the bracket fit securely. Someone else had installed some inadequate supports so I was thrilled that he got it right on a critical time schedule (before my moving date). Will contact him in the future for any jobs I have. I appreciate how well he does his work.

Rob and his co-worker were on time, very courteous, double- checked progress at key points, communicated well, and competed the installs with good quality work. Clean- up was thorough. Rob’s expertise goes well beyond this first group of projects, and we intend to use them for other larger scale projects.
