John Avila is a great guy to work with. We needed major work done on our two story house that included removal of old rain gutters, an old fire place chimney that is never used, damaged siding, damaged fascia board, old window trim and much more that hadn?t been touched in over 25 years. The house, including the steel roof was then pressured washed, caulked, primed and re-painted with top end Dunn Edward paint. Many other fine details were taken care of as well. The list goes on and on. It took well over a month to get all the work done. I am a retired building contractor too old to do this work but John and his crew were here to do the job. His prices aren?t cheap or over the top but reasonable with a little negotiating. I know that John is very busy and sometimes forgets to get back to your questions but I am a little concerned that he didn?t follow through with my request for getting an estimate for new flooring throughout or house.

I have known the owner of CPP for many years and they are my go-to construction company for projects large and small. Installation also included adding an electrical line for the fireplace, a ceiling fan and lighting in other parts of the room. Excellent work! I also hired CPP to build an outdoor kitchen and will hire them to paint the exterior of my house in the spring. CPP is very skilled and honest. Highly recommended!

CPP Painting arrived on time, completed the work as agreed and wrapped up the project(s) ahead of schedule. The finished product was better than expected. We needed some assistance with paint coloring ideas and their suggestions were amazing. We originally hired CPP for some interior painting, flooring, baseboard and cabinet work. We then re-hired them a second project that included exterior painting and additional interior flooring & cabinet work. We anticipate a third project for them in the near future to include a full bathroom remodel. They are prompt, reliable, do amazing work and were able to make changes mid-project. We never heard the word 'no' from them with any request. We highly recommend their services.
