CR3 AMERICAN EXTERIORS

Complete roof replacement. On time. On budget. Decided to replace all soffit and fascia in the middle of the project. Mark was great. Encouraged us to ask questions. Chris did a beautiful job on the soffits and fascia. Highly recommend!

I hired CR3 American Exteriors to repair termite and water damage to the wood framing on my home’s exterior. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team was a clear and transparent communicator — they explained the full scope of work and pricing upfront, with no surprises along the way. The repair itself was solid, and I appreciated how straightforward the whole process was. If you’re dealing with wood damage or other exterior home repairs, I’d highly recommend CR3 American Exteriors.

Mark and his team are extremely professional, experienced, and efficient. They responded quickly to a serious leak, finding the source and repairing the flashing, siding, wood, window frame, and drywall all within a week (including paint). I highly recommend them!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with CR3 American Exteriors! They installed our new metal roof, fascia, and gutters, and the finished product looks absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and seamless. The team was knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly took pride in their work. They paid attention to the details, kept us informed throughout the project, and made sure everything was done right. The quality of the workmanship really stands out. Our new metal roof has completely transformed the look of our home, and the new fascia and gutters finish everything off beautifully. It’s such a great feeling knowing that it not only looks fantastic, but that the work was done with quality and longevity in mind. It’s refreshing to work with a company that delivers on what they promise and genuinely cares about the end result. We are extremely pleased with CR3 American Exteriors and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a new roof or exterior work.

CR3 Roofing did excellent work repairing a large rotten section of my roof. Mark and his crew cut out the damaged area, replaced the plywood, and re-roofed the section with high-quality workmanship. They worked through Florida's unpredictable rain and still finished in record time. Professional from start to finish, with zero issues along the way. Highly recommend Mark and his team.

The service went very well. They were on time and within the budget. I was happy and satisfied with the service.

The service was fine. I use them for many years. They did the work in my community and was done with it.

The service was great. It was beautiful, and very well blended in. You can't tell the difference between their work. They were personable. I would hire them again if needed.

Very happy with the work. Showed up when they said they would and completed the work on schedule. Looks great. I would use them again for any exterior painting.

Very professional, exceptional workmanship & fair price! An absolute pleasure to deal with. Wonderful experience. I don't normally write reviews, but in this instance I felt compeled to do so.

I had some water damage and they were able to open some walls to address the problem. They replaced their drywall and painted afterwards. I was very pleased with their work.

They did a great job. I was very happy with their work and how the job turned out. They were also very professional in their work.

Every job they have completed has been wonderfully done and with such kindness and courteousness, it is sometimes almost unbelievable. <br />
