About 11 years ago we had Crack-X repair several foundation cracks as well as seal numerous tie rods. A few months ago one of the cracks started leaking again. Of course, it didn't get better on its own and at one point we had a stream of water shooting into the basement from a crack! We called Crack-X to re-repair the crack. I had no expectations or demand that this would be free as their 10 year warranty had expired. It took two phone calls to get someone to come out and evaluate the crack. I was told I would have an estimate "in a few days." A week later I call and they say they would get me the estimate via email within a few hours; that didn't happen. Two phone calls and one voice-mail over the following two weeks yielded nothing. Given that their original repair failed and that they are absolutely unprofessional in their business dealings, YOU SHOULD TOTALLY AVOID USING CRACK-X!!!

I have contacted Crack-X Team when I want to sell my home and want to take care of the cracks in my basement foundation for the future buyer to be happy and David Mossman from Crack-X has scheduled a visit to my home, thoroughly verified my basement foundation on not just what I have shown, but explained me deeply on what is wrong and what is not wrong. He made great suggestions, explained me the next steps. He provided me with a very workable and reasonable quote, which I never thought would be so reasonable. His Team arrived promptly to fix the cracks with epoxy. They were very professional and patiently answered all my questions. Cleaned up the place without any issues. The whole work was completed in less than 3 hours as promised. Can't be more happier with the Service .. And would Highly recommend this Team! Thank you Once Again Crack-X.

Crack-X has sent Tom to come to fix it. I am very satisfied with the work Tom did on my basement crack on June 19. He was very professional. He would inform me his lateness due to the traffic. When he’s here, he would tell me what he would do and how long it would take for each step. He finished the work just as he said. I am so glad that all is moving so smoothly. The fix has stood the tests of the last a few rains and no any sign of leaking again.

We had a few leaks in the basement cement wall, which my husband tried to fix but without success. Every storm we had water in that section of the basement. The first service we called recommended a pump-up system that would allow the water to come in to a certain point and then pump it out. That didn't seem reasonable to us. We called CrackX to come and look at it and the guy fixed it right then and there with a material that expanded and filled in all the tiny cracks. He was knowledgeable and professional. We're very satisfied.
Entire experience was very professional from the first inquiry, site visit, estimate, right down to final clean-up and skill of technicians.
If you need foundation work or cement cracks filled and sealed would very highly recommend this team for that purpose.
We had a fairly new home that was 4 years old when we started to see cracks in the foundation. And whenever it rain heavy, water was seeping through the cracks on to the floor. I called several people to come out and they gave me many different options as to how they would fix it. I was not happy with the advice until a contractor told me about Crack-X. It took several phone calls to finally get a call back. But I was given a quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment at the same time. The employee (Alex ) who showed up was terrific. He explained what he was going to do and proceeded to complete the job. It took several hours to finish the job. He mentioned that their work has a 10 year warranty. He also told me that I would never see water come from those cracks again. It has been almost 2 years since they completed the work, and I have to tell you that Alex was right. There has been not one drip of water that has come from those cracks and we have had many severe rainstorms over the last few years. I am totally satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Crack-X for peace of mind.

I had water leaking into my basement from between the foundation and stairs leading up to he bulkhead. I contacted a few places and the solutions ranged for a drain and pump to hydraulic cement. Crack-x's solution seemed more sound and is backed by a warranty. They quoted for the phone as they are very familiar with this issue. Guy called ahead I and showed up on time. Job took two sessions due to reinstallation of the door and the need to let things dry. No leaks so far and am happy with the I results.
They arrived on time. Explained the process to me. They filled the walled cracks and put a heavy duty coating (i think epoxy) over it.
The floor crack good. However, they need to come back out to repair a crack in the top cover.
I would (and have) recommend Crack X .
This provider got back to me the next business day after I used their web site to contact them late at night. This meant that they beat out another provider that took a few days to respond, so kudos on that. I found them pleasant over the phone. Scheduling was easy and for later in the same week. When the day arrived, they were very nearly on-time, anyway, despite calling and telling me that they would be delayed by 25 minutes due to traffic. On site they did the repair quickly and efficiently, less than 2 hours, I think, which includes some waiting time to let the outside epoxy set before injecting low-viscosity epoxy into the crack. If you've never had a crack in concrete repaired by epoxy injection, you might think the price is high. I did...at first. But then I looked into the DIY price, and IMO, the price I was charged is a good one when you factor in everything: materials, labor, overhead, and a 10 year warranty.
Alex (the repairman) did a fantastic job. He was knowledge and was very positive. He moved and disconnected the washer out of the way and worked for 3 hours to repair both cracks. He was neat (cleaned up the large mess afterward) and courteous. The work looks sturdy and clean. It was nice to know it will be protected with a 10-year warranty. I would gladly refer them and hire them again. I wish all repairs went this well.
