Crackerjack Mud Jacking has the best most up to date equipment in the Monument and Pueblo areas, we know because we build it. We make a Portland cement based sand & soil grout and inject it through two inch holes drilled through the concrete. We can do the really tough jobs. Bart was very helpful providing a quote and scheduling the job. The crew (led by Drew) arrived a few minutes early, were very friendly and explained the process carefully. They did an outstanding job, accomplishing exactly what I needed done. They actually did some extra work not specifically in the work order, that will help ensure the improvement lasts.

Because this was in the winter, they brought a concrete heater and prepared the area of the patio that needed to be mudjacked. They called us with plenty of notice as to when they would be there and arrived on time. They were polite and courteous and were able to raise our back patio up the 3 inches or so that it had dropped and did not make a mess. We appreciated the fact that they honored a quote they'd given us last year, even though it took us a while to be in a financial position to hire them.

Called Bart to get an estimate and he drove by the house even before we were supposed to meet with him as he was already in the neighborhood. He called and gave us the estimate over the phone which saved us a trip to drive out and meet him. On the day the work was to be done, Drew & Kyle were already there when we got there getting things prepared to mud jack the driveway. This was a residential rental that we were planning on selling. They were able to lift the top of the drive so that driving into the garage was now a smooth transition. The job went smoothly and we were very pleased with the results!

2 man crew showed up on time and knocked the job out quickly. They explained how it would be done. Couldn't ask for a better job - they had to trim the stucco and did a good job with that along with matching the stucco color.

We were referred to Crackerjack Mudjacking, Inc. by several friends, and they were right on! Bart came out a couple of days after my husband called for a quote. He gave us a quote on the spot! We were able to set up the mudjacking appointment for the following week. The two associates that came out and did the work, Drew and Kyle, were wonderful to work with. Drew was very personable and answered all of our questions, and Kyle is a very hard worker as he continually mixed the mud throughout the 3 hour process. They did a fantastic job, and we would hire them again in a heartbeat! I look forward to recommending more people their way.

THe sections of our driveway were very much out of alignment. A large tree apparently contributed quite a bit to lifting one section, and others may have just shifted/dropped due to settling. <br /> The folks from Crackerjack did a great job and even cleaned up nicely after. While the driveway certainly doesn't look new (lots of cracks where sections had broken over the years) at least we can now drive on it and not feel like we're driving over curbs etc. <br /> I also appreciate the two year warranty that they have extended in case it somehow manages to settle again. Seems unlikely but good to know we can call them back if needed. <br />

When they started the job, we discovered that the cause of of the settling was the drain in the bathroom. It was leaking into the soil under the slab which eroded the soil and caused the slab to sink. At that point they had to stop work until we got the drain fixed. We had major difficulties with the folks that were supposed to do the renovation on the bathroom so it took several weeks for us to get the drain fixed. During that time, Bart called me frequently to see how things were going. I called him on a Friday when the drain was fixed and he said that he would fit us in next Tuesday so "we could get our house back". I didn't expect them to show up until the afternoon but I got a call from them at 9:30 Tuesday morning wanting to know if they could come then. They showed up at 10:00 and were done, cleaned up and out of the house by 1:00. <br /> Bart is a h*** of nice guy and really cares about his customers. <br /> <br />
