I have had Craddock and his team installed a new air conditioner as well service an existing system. Excellent professional work. A pleasure to have in your home. They left the area cleaner than when they got here. Also, a real person answered the phone. Isn't that amazing in this day and age.

Dennie took the call that the air conditioning was cutting out on a Friday afternoon, and instead of saying "see you Monday," said "see you in a few minutes." He had it running within an hour, explaining what he was doing and why, and what it cost. I appreciated all of that.

More electrical was needed and Dennie subcontracted that for us, including it in his quote, The team was very professional and after the installation they cleaned up as if they were not there.
