Crafted Renovations

It took forever and was not done the way I asked. The roof leaks where porch meets house like a waterfall and they will not respond to repair. The father was the contractor and the son works under his credentials and does not know how to do the work correctly. The gable trim is cockeyed as he said he did not want it to look like everyone elses. The flashing is not secured properly to the house and the caulk is smeared all over the house. I will have to hire someone that knows what they are doing to correct the issues with this installation. Where the roof over hangs the porch the screening was only secured on two sides with more staples than I can count and they they tried to fix that with soffett and did not complete the job. It looks like crap and no one will contact me to finish their screw ups. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

good, so far, told me to call him if it messed up again. Also he was going to come back to replace a couple of window in the garage but haven't seen him yet. However, it has been really hot here and then it turned to rain yesterday and hasn't stopped yet. When it does I will remind him. Very hard working friendly guy. Thanks for the help.

These guys are great to work with. Very friendly and give helpful suggestions. They charge fair prices and get the job done in a timely manner. They clean up everyday and leave the space looking great. Definitely recommend them!
