Mr. Gelardi was very professional, friendly and helpful. He took care of all my handyman needs. He was very punctual and gave me helpful advice regarding a more expensive repair. <br /> <br />We would definitely use him again <br />

He came late  <br /> replaced the inside of the toilet tank at least part of it.  Left standing water behind the tank and some debris. When I returned home from work there was more water behind the toilet.  I called him he did not offer to come fix the leak that was not there before he came.  Nor would he come the next day. <br />

we started out trying to do it custom but due to a number of challenges he recommended ordering pre-cut kits and installing them which turned out to be a great recommendation and it turned out great. <br />

He did not have a good attitude and everything seemed like a chore to him, I was disappointed with the service.

As usual, Michael Gelardi, Jr. was prompt, professional, and did I great job. He is my go-to handyman for repairs, improvements, etc. The only handyman that I will hire. Honest, reasonable, and always professional. <br />

<p>Mike from Craftsman On-Call was awesome! Once the initial order was placed, Mike phoned me to confirm the order and acquire further details about exactly what I needed. During that call, we agreed upon a specific day and time for him to visit. On the day of his visit, he phoned my about an hour prior to once again confirm that he would be here at our agreed upon time - which he was. </p> <p>Mike was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He completed the job about 20 minutes prior to what he anticipated it would take. Overall, the job was not overly complicated; but still necessary. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike and Craftsman On-Call for any repairs, maintenance and improvements.</p> <br />

He worked really, really slow. It shouldn't have took the eight hours. He made it take the eight hours. He kept forgetting stuff or had to keep going to Lowe's for stuff. His work seems to be good quality work.

Michael did a wonderful job, but my concern lies with the communication between him and Angie's List. I had traded his services out for anther Handyman Big Deal that did not show, yet Angie's List failed to notify him of the purchase. When he did get here, he was very thorough and efficient. <br />

<p>I had some cracks in my siding and corner. He was able to find a color that closely match to my existing siding and corner. He completed the job in a timely manner. </p> <p>I needed a new threshold in my garage, which he found and added with no issues.</p> <p>My front door had a draft and need replacing of threshold. He order the new threshold sooner than schedule and came out when it fit my schedule to installed the threshold with no issues.</p> <p>He was knowledgeable and very professional.</p> <br />

They were easy to get a hold of, and it turned out fine. They were on time, courteous and professional.I know he normally charges higher rates for jobs outside of the Angie's List deal, and the job took longer than the deal was for, but he charged me at the discounted hourly rate equivalent to the deal.  He was great, and I recommend him.

It made me uneasy when he kept mentioning the $149 was a "intro" to angies list to get people to bite basically (my words) after that it would be additional fees, I told him I just wanted the 4 hrs paid for, he started quoting job  I wanted would take to long as he had to wait a few hrs for vanity to dry and that would count etc. regardless I did NOT get 4 hrs of free time while he did the work, I ended up working with him as he was trying to figure out how to hang my light in place of the fan. I cleaned up after him as there was a mess of fiber and nails. The can lighting was a simple push it in job that took forever as he kept leaving a gap. I had to help him with the mirror as he didn't get it straight, he kept mentioning he didnt have time to do certain things as he was having dinner with his family he ended up leaving on the dot at 4 pm (started at 1200) leaving the fan of the second fixture on the floor. I wont use him again. Just disappointed <br />

Installed new storm door, repaired drywall, repaired rocking toilet, sanded, stained, and polyurethaned front entrance door, replaced glass in wooden storm door, repaired sliding closet doors in 2 bedrooms.  I have a couple other projects I will ask him about when he finishes up my front doors today.

Worked out well.
