We had to point out it was likely a wasps nest, they addressed it after 3 weeks. Quotes for attic insulation was nearly twice the national average.

<p>They are an Orkin-kind of dealer; they are all over Orange County, New York. I actually have an annual contract with them. They are real expensive. I now have a different technician. He is not as thorough as the other guy. I had to actually watch him this time. I have not had the opportunity to call them and talk with them about it. They are incredibly expensive and I did not mind paying that when the first technician was here because he was thorough. Their punctuality has been very, very good throughout. The guys who have been here have been very professional. Until I find somebody better or as good I will continue to use them. </p>

We highly recommend Bill Fitzpatrick from Craig Thomas pest-control, who was the person to come and do our home inspection. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and offered excellent advice. We trust in his recommendations and will use this company for services.

We have had them for about three years and we have also been very satisfied. They have been responsive to us. Once we had a snake in the basement and I did not want to deal with it, I called them. They could not help me, but they referred me to somebody else who did.

 It was not the quality of their work that was the biggest problem but rather their complete lack of ability to communicate within their company, to solve problems as they emerged, and to provide any customer service at all.  We would call the main office requesting changes to times for the tech to show up or services we did or did NOT want as part of our contract and the tech would show up with ZERO clue about anything that was communicated with HQ.  This didn't just happen once.  It happened over and over.  They put inhumane glue mouse traps in our home after we explicitly said not to treat anything but carpenter ants and we never ever would use glue traps.  We asked to have them immediately removed and we still find them around the house.  Every time we requested a change to our service it just was never communicated.  We had techs show up who literally didn't even know why they were there or what service we were receiving asking us to tell them what to do.  I cannot put into detail the many many hours we spent dealing with the complete failure that is this company.  The only good thing I can say is that at the end of the day they have helped with the ant problem (we terminated our contract with them in advance of the end date because we could no longer put up with their incompetence) which is what we hired them to do.  So it was not that they weren't being successful necessarily but that the methods they used to be successful were not client-focused and completely lacking in customer service. We have never dealt with a more poorly run company that cannot communicate with its own staff after repeated complaints.  the last straw was when a friend had the mirror experience to ours and immediately canceled her contract when the company went against her express wishes.  I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
