Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
I've used cransten for two major projects now, first a partial basement finish and now installing built-in shelves and fireplace in my living room. Super super easy to work with, reasonably priced, the contractors they send out are communicative and professional. I can't say enough great things. I'll be back again when I'm ready for the rest of the basement to be finished.
Response from Cransten
"Thank you, Cyndi! We are glad we could be of service with the basement, installing shelves and a fireplace in your living room."

Excellent. Preston was courteous, helpful, thoughtful about the cost of the repairs, and creative. He cleaned up all materials behind himself and met project milestones on time and within budget. Very nice young man, a pleasure to deal with. Brian, sales, was also excellent to deal with. Thank you both!
Response from Cransten

Bathroom - Remodel
Ours was actually a powder room remodel, of sorts. We had a water leak that had caused us to need to replace the floor, including 3 joist under the house. There was also some work to damaged Sheetrock on the bottom of the wall all the way around the room and the toilet flange. Preston and Allen were out on day one and got the work under the house completed and by the time they left for the day they had the floor in. Allen was back on day 2 and completed all of the work: dry wall, base boards, toilet flange, installed new VCP flooring, etc. Both of these guys were very professional. They came in, communicated what needed to be communicated, got to work, kept their work areas clean and in good shape, were always available and open to questions and gave great advice. Very well satisfied with their work and will use Cransten again when the need arises.
Response from Cransten
"Thank you, John. We're glad to be of service with your powder room remodel project. Preston and Alan are among the greats!"
