Kell did a great job! He was on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. He cleaned up after the work was completed and even went above and beyond by taking care of the mess the leaking sink had left on the cabinet floor. Luxury Vinyl Flooring Installation (Materials Provided by Consumer)
Kell installed LVP in both the master bedroom and bathroom of a house we recently purchased. He did an excellent job and worked hard to finish the work done early so we could move into our new home before our lease was up. The entire process was straightforward and clear, from the initial consultation and estimate to the final walkthrough and payment. Trevor gave me the initial estimate and updated the estimate when our priorities and budget changed. Kell was a pleasure to work with. It was nice to have him in our home. He's friendly and knowledgeable. When an issue with the subfloor required additional work, Kell made sure I knew how much it would cost to repair. He also gave me the option to pick up the materials he needed so I could avoid the markup Cransten would charge if he picked up the materials. This was clearly explained before, so I wasn't blindsided and could decide which option would be best for me. It was a fantastic experience all around!

Communication with Alex was extremely pleasant and not pushy at all like a lot of people, very helpful in helping me acquire the materials I need and they grabbed the ones I couldn’t get. Derek did the remodel by himself and did an excellent job, would absolutely have him come back for more work if needed. I absolutely recommend Cransten to anybody looking for work to be done on a budget.

Exterior Trim - Repair
I reached out to Cransten about having my front door sanded and stained due to sun and weather. Very responsive and initially received a quote for $560. Received a call later that the job was underbid and that the project had been reviewed and the fee would be increased to $1,200. After discussions we went ahead and scheduled. The handyman arrived and acted as though he had no idea that the project would require the necessary time. He said we should "call a professional" to do this as it was going to take a lot of hand sanding to get into crevices, etc. and he could not make enough money in a days work. Then said he wouldn't do the job. These folks advertise themselves as professionals and told me "they do this type of work all the time". I make mistakes, everyone does, but they evidently thought they were coming to quickly slap on some stain and walk away for $1,200. Incredibly disappointed.

Allen did an outstanding job building a fence around our backyard. Even my neighbors were impressed by his craftsmanship. He also handled some minor repairs and installs inside our home. Alan was very comfortable to talk to and he also made a few recommendations to help improve the jobs. If I ever need anything done to my house I will not hesitate to reach out and hire them again.

Alfred was wonderful! He repaired the sliding doors in my bedroom closet that 2 other handymen were not able to do. He also hauled a heavy piece of furniture downstairs for me and removed and replaced rubber step mats on my 5 garage stairs. Noted that I had bought the wrong materials for adhesive:) He knew what was best. Don't waste your time or money, hire Cranston to do the job efficiently, I'm so thankful I did! Thank you Cranston and Alfred!
