My name is Josh Rose. It is my privilege to be a part of the Crawlspace Doctor organization. I have lived in the Ohio River valley my whole life and know the high humidity level that we all deal with in this area. I have been in building trades in the greater Cincinnati area for over 10 years. I have seen firsthand the concerns and problems that many home owners deal with in their crawlspaces including standing water, mold and mildew, deteriorated floor joists, and buckled hardwood floors. With my years of experience and the proven Crawlspace solutions I believe that we will have the solution for your concerns and problems. Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process a breeze. They were able to install a high quality vapor barrier, foam board insulation around the border of my crawlspace, as well as a sump pump (his recommendation) in a matter of 2 days and did a wonderful job. I have no complaints whatsoever. If you have a crawlspace in need of a vapor barrier or insulation, I highly recommend calling Josh!

One day job with three people.  <br /> Installed 5 6x6 wood piers to support sagging crawlspace floor. Installed more piers than originally quoted in order to support floor, which was a nice surprise. <br /> Team worked the entire day. Shocked they completed the entire job within 9 hours. <br /> They could have been a bit cleaner (cutting wood on my lawn + driveway). <br /> Besides that, they did a great job. Highly recommended crew. <br />

Last year we discovered that the sill and backboard had been damaged by termites. Crawlspace Doctor jacked up the house and installed the new sill and backboard.  At the same time we had them install Cleanspace, a plastic covering in our crawl space to keep the basement cleaner and prevent varmints from coming in the house.  We were very happy with the estimate, and the  services. <br />

Very good. Work crew arrived on time worked all day, no loafing. They were professional <br />and kept us informed of the process at all times. The musty smell quickly left and air quality greatly improved just as advertised. I would recommend that anyone who needs this work done give them a good look before anyone else. <br />

They came on time and worked very hard. Cleaned up after job was done. Josh is very nice and understood my concern and did a great job to correct all  that was needed. The house is an older built, but his knowledge made me feel less worried....If we need any repair in the future, i definately call on his company. <br />

I purchased this on February 25th and still have not heard from them to get this scheduled.  I sent them an email last night and am still waiting to hear from them.  I contacted Angie's List to get their phone number to call them. <br /> It was a miscommunication...Everything went well. Josh and his crew were very nice....did a good job...with warranty. If anyone have problem with crawlspace....Just call the Co. I am glad I found him and definitely keep his phone number...just in case...

The men came on time, and did all the work outlined above. Very professional and very neat in doing the work and cleaning up afterwards. We have noticed a big improvement in the air quality in the house, no musty smell and it seems warmer throughout the house. I really think the work completed was done very professionally and I would definitely recommend using this company! <br />

Could not have asked for a better service. Josh and his crew were on time, did the work in an excellent manner. Josh was very helpful, to accommodate additional requests. Total cost of service was very reasonable. I would hire Josh - Crawl Space doctor, for any future needs. The Doctor and his team were very professional and polite.  It was a difficult job because the spaces were smaller than usual and in some areas non-existent.  First, they carried away about two truckloads of debris found in there.  They put down the plastic and attached it to floor joists and insulated or sealed all of the openings to the outside. The outside openings to the crawl spaces were not square and they had to custom build the doors which look fantastic.  Everything looks great.
