SEVERAL DETAILS SUCH AS HOW MANY FOOTERS TO BE INSTALLED WHICH WASNT CONFIRMED BEFORE INSTALLING,, ALSO VERY MISLEADING ON WHAT WOULD BE USED AS FOOTERS,, THEY SAID THEY EXCAVATE 2 FOOT X 2 FOOT HOLES AND PLACE SUPPORTS ON THE FOOTERS BUT THEY DONT EXCAVATE ANYTHING THING SIMPLY SET A JACK ON A PAD AND THATS THEIR WAY APPARENTLY TO BUILD UP THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK WITHOUT ACTUALLY DOING IT,VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WHILE WORKING OUT ALL THE POOR COMMUNICATIONS IN GENERAL ID CERTAINLY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I am happy to say they actually did what they said they would do. They just finished and I went behind them and checked what they did. Andrew was great an d explained everything they would do. GUESS WHAT they did it all. MATT was great and I did ask alot of questions. He answered them all. Rory and Michael did excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs quality work done at a reasonable price. Thank you all.

Great work and reasonably priced. Andrew and his team finished the installation under two days. Installed a top notch dehumidifier. Very happy with the work that was done.

Crawlspace Techs were chosen for our waterproofing work back in February of 2021. They fully encapsulated our crawlspace, installed a sump pump, and added a french drain by an exterior door. Their work was done very quickly and professionally. Jason explained the entire process and was very clear in his communications about what would be accomplished. Frank was the onsite foreman and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the work was done right. On July 25th we received an incredible five inches of rain in about an hour. I decided to check the crawlspace to make sure it was dry. Unfortunately, there was a loose seam in the encapsulation that had let a few gallons of water run on top of the encapsulation. I quickly called Jason and he came out to inspect the situation and within 48 hrs it had been fixed. He stood behind their work and fixed the problem, Also, their prices were much lower than the competition. It's good to know that there are local businesses that are reputable and honest! I would definitely recommend Jason and his team with Crawlspace Techs!

I cant say enough good things about Jason. he was fast, thorough, honest, I was happy with the whole experience.
