Some work is subcontracted to other companies that I have been working with for several years, which also pride themselves on quality and expertise. Most work is completed by me and my small crew of trust worthy, knowledgeable helpers.

Charles Cook is prompt and responsive. He ensures a quality result personally and will not consider the job done, until you are completely satisfied. I was thoroughly impressed with how easy it was to be in touch and his promptness to get the job done. He is trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend him.

Charles did a great job on the deck. He finished the deck while I was out of town and sent pictures daily to check the work with me. The deck is solid and well built.

Charles came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate on the repairs I needed. He was able to start almost immediately and did great work. He was extremely conscientious as far as making sure I was satisfied before payment. I intend to use him again for some other work in the near future.

Mr. Cook has done several repairs and upgrades to my home, from flooring and drywall repair , to interior painting and general Handy man work. The prices seem fair and the jobsite is always very clean after he leaves. Quality work at a fair price is about as good as it gets . I can recommend him to you

It went VERY well. As indicated above, they went above and beyond, cleaning things that needed attention but hadn't been specifically mentioned as part of the "deal." They did careful, thorough work with a couple of great big smiles. <br />
