Retaining Wall Installation
We had C&R Custom Exteriors work on an extensive project. It required building three retaining walls, installing a ramp using permeable pavers, installing downspout drainage, regrading, etc. We were very happy with the results, the hard work, the attention to detail, and the personal service they provided. Josh and Bill were great people to work with. Their professional, friendly, and personal communication was appreciated. When necessary, they helped guide us to the best solution for issues. This company was the BEST!! Their work was EXCELLENT! I would give them a 10 star rating if I could! Totally OUTSTANDING!! They took our mess of a wall and turned it into a masterpiece!! All of our neighbors have commented on how BEAUTIFUL the wall is!! So glad I found this company. The hardest working workers. The cleanup afterwards was FANTASTIC!! Josh, the gentleman who did our plantings, was an angel sent from heaven! The day he came to do the work, my husband was in for brain surgery, and Josh handled everything for me! Bill and Josh from C&R did an outstanding job replacing our collapsed retaining wall! Generated a professional structural and architectural design over several on-site visits; very responsive to financial considerations (highly competitive pricing); timely response to our questions / requests during design phase. Established clear timeline, excellent communication about work process/plans; stuck to timeline and budget! Often observed the team during work - they pay meticulous attention to detail, including clean-up at the end of a workday. Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality of their work and highly recommend considering them for large projects like this. Josh and Bill of C&R Custom Exteriors did a fantastic job on our paver patio. They made sure that the patio was pitched away from our house to avoid any water flowing back into our foundation and used top notch materials for the base to ensure the pavers don't shift or settle over time. They got all the base, border, and pavers installed in November of last year and followed through on completion of the project with polysand this spring. I would recommend Josh and C&R Custom Exteriors to anyone looking to have a patio done.

The whole team was very communicative during the entire process, giving us updates on when to expect what for every stage of the service. They worked with us, our design ideas, and everything flowed some fluid that they all became part of our family by the time the project was done. When they came across some conflicts with the yard not wanting to work with them, they adapted and overcame the obstacles without missing a step. The whole team worked so well with each other. We will be having them come back next season to work on another portion of our yard. Their skill and eye for details impressed us to the moon and back. 10/10 will recommend.

Job done right! These guys really take pride in their work and it shows!!!! They are super easy to work with.
