Creation Iron Design

Creation Iron Design did a fabulous job of creating an elegant custom railing for a staircase to our lower level which curved in line with our baseboard. Mario and crew were extremely professional, punctual and accommodated our very tight timeline. I would highly recommend!

My wife liked his style and professionalism so much she also ordered a gate for the windows (bars). I thought that would look horrible. But he is such an artist. This is a original creative design that he came up with (modifed a gate design, to add more detail). I think you will agree this guy is extremely talented. He also did not mind when we told him to come back with more paint on the rails and window bars. Greatly appreciated. <br />

e thenMario gave me an estimate over the phone based on a photo of the stairway I had emailed him.  He then came out to measure and discuss the project.  He was on time and easy to speak with.  3 weeks later, his crew did the installation.  It was very sturdy and well made - a real professional job. <br />

He did a very good job! He was very fast and efficient. The work took about a week to get completed. I would have liked to have him to not ask for so much payment upfront to do work.

It was such a small job and it went very well. He did the job with no questions and I offered to pay him 10 dollars but he didn't want to charge me.

The cost was not very expensive. We are happy with the work they did. They gave us a quote, did the job well, and it was good. I only spoke with the owner. He was a young guy. He was confident, gave a good quote, and did what we paid him for. The price seemed reasonable based on the other estimates that I got.

showed up on time for the estimate and measurment, i go the bid in a couple of days,  fabricated the fence in a timely manner, and installed quickly about 4 weeks from the first visit. <br />

Very responsive to our call. Good samples to review and final product looked as promised. Price was competitive with other estimate we received. Only remaining question is how rust resistant the metal will be. It has been installed for 3 months now, and we are in the middle of a wet winter, so I will know better by spring 2014. <br />

I am very pleased with the outcome. This was a rush job to meet demands from my insurance company to install hand rails. All things considered it went very well. There was a unexpected week of "radio silence" that was a little unnerving while I was trying to keep my insurance company up to date on progress. It turns out Matt was on vacation and away from the office which would have been good to know._I was also a little surprised when one day they were installed with no warning. I would have liked to have approved them before they were permanently installed. However, I was ultimately very pleased and he met the deadline required by my insurance company.

Created and installed new railings for our front steps. They did exactly the simple design we wanted and the railings are very attractive. Mario was great to work with.

I called Creation Iron Design and they were able to tell me over the phone approximately what the cost would be which I found very helpful. They came the next day and firmed up the estimate ( it actually was a little less), they explained what they would do, came prepared with several books with pictures of their work and were helpful in picking out the design that I wanted, had it ready the following week and installed it. They were professional, prompt, neat and did exactly what they said they would. This was a small job yet they took as much time as if it were a bigger job. <br />

Mario was able to come out the morning after I called him to give me the estimate. He came prepared with a collection of photos showing his previous work with examples of different options available. I selected the railing that I wanted and Mario quoted me a price on the spot, which I accepted. I put 50% down immediately with 50% paid upon completion. Mario said it would be approximately 2 weeks for them to prepare the railing and then come back to install it. To my surprise, he was able to come and install it within a week. <br /> The work was high quality and the railing looks great! Mario is a very professional individual as well as extremely responsive. Whenever I called him, he picked up and he also called me and left messages to update me on the work. <br /> I highly suggest Creation Iron Design and will use them again! <br />

Someone came out the next day for a free estimate of the work to be done.  An estimated date was given, but bad weather postponed the work for 2 weeks. <br /> The scrolls were installed properly and quickly on the revised date.  I am happy with their work. <br />

They were very good. When we called him, they responded on time and he came the next day to inspect the windows. He did the work on time as well. I would definitely recommend him.

I emailed Creation Design for a free estimate, and he called 5 minutes after the email was sent.  We set up an appointment for the next day and he arrived on time.  He estimated the job on the spot after showing me several design options.  He promised the work would be completed in a week but I did not hear from him.  I called for an installation date but bad weather prevented the installation on scheduled date.  Date had to be pushed back due to weather.  I had to contact him twice to reschedule the date. <br /> Communication could have been better with the installer. <br /> The work was done well.  I am pleased with the product. <br />

I received an estimate from Creation Iron Designs that was about the same as other companies I had called, but Mario was so nice and professional, I gave him a deposit on the spot!  He also arrived with more pictures and examples of their work than any other company I received an estimate from, so I was able to pick out exactly what I wanted.  He contacted me when the railings were done to set up a time for installation.  It only took about 2-3 weeks from the estimate to installation (other companies had a much longer waiting period) and the railings are absolutely beautiful.  The installation went very well and we would absolutely use this company again! <br />
