Kam did an amazing job painting the entire interior of my home. He provided a fair quote, communicated well, always showed up on time, and was meticulous in his work. He laid down several coats of paint where necessary and took his time to tape everything up, remove outlet covers, lay down tarps, etc. The results look great! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and would recommend in a heartbeat. I especially appreciated Kam's extensive knowledge of construction. I was working on many other projects around the house, and Kam was always there to either give me tips, lend me tools, or jump in and get involved himself. If you are doing a remodel and have other jobs in addition to painting, Kam would be a great guy to hire.

I recently hired Kam for a painting project, and I am thoroughly pleased with the results. Kam handled double layers of painting for the ceilings, walls, doors, windows, and kitchen cabinets with precision and professionalism. He used latex/acrylic for the walls and ceilings and applied oil paint for the kitchen cabinets. Kam’s ability to start the project immediately and complete it without any delays was a testament to his reliability and commitment. The quality of his work is evident in the fine attention to detail throughout. The finish on every surface is immaculate, and I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome. We had a fairly large whole house remodel done by Interactive Remodeling. This included major kitchen and bathroom remodeling (pretty much replaced everything), replace entire downstairs flooring and updates to staircase. It also required repainting the whole house, replace all interior doors (11 of them), add recessed lighting and new island. Overall it was a huge project. I started getting quotes initially and sent out pictures/scope documents, Kam came fully prepared when he visited the house for in-person estimate. He actually reviewed the pictures I sent and also had new ideas on what else we can improve. This pretty much convinced us that we are in good hands and we signed the contract. This is the first time we attempted something like this and Kam was there to guide us on everything. He would immediately mention if something looked off in our plan and it saved us lots of time on the project. He also gave ideas on brands and places to look into for sourcing materials, this was very helpful for folks like us who aren't very aware of the construction details. Once we started, Kam and Hamid were consistently on time and work output from both of them is easily equivalent to 4 others working. They were very very fast and more importantly very consistent, with great attention to detail. I haven't even mentioned the most important bit, our baby was 2 months old when we began this project so you can imagine we were pretty busy. Because of this we were very hands off with project. Kam ensured project proceeded in a timely manner. After seeing their hard work initially, I knew I could trust him on the project. There were times where I didn't visit the site for weeks but work kept moving along. In the end he delivered the project pretty much on time, considering the fact that as new parents we were always behind in finalizing materials and encountered numerous shipping delays on bathroom/kitchen fixtures. I have also found them to be very flexible during the project. As an example, I mentioned a specific layout for recessed lights in our living room. Due to our schedule, we couldn't visit the house when they were installed and they continued making progress on other parts of the project. Later when we visited, we realized that we may have put too many lights and wanted some of them removed. Kam had no issues in going back and removing the lights, even if that meant he had to repeat some of the work he did on ceiling and walls. His only concern was that we should be happy with the project at the end of the day. I don't know how many times we thought during the project that we couldn't have found a better contractor. Kam and Hamid were absolute professionals and we're very glad to work with them. We have been living in the house for about 3 months and we love the way everything turned out. He was available to take our calls even after finishing the project if we needed anything. We worked with them again to replace our windows. I can recommend Kam and Hamid for any remodeling project without any reservations, if you want to deal with someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and does quality work, then look no further!

A few years ago we finished our bathroom remodel with Interactive Remodeling. We came to Kam with a design in hand so this review is for communication, quality of work, professionalism, timeliness, and budget conscious. First I will say that Kam is incredibly responsive and I never had any trouble getting a hold of him or discussing details of the project/timelines/etc. I also found Kam to be very detail oriented and non defensive if we saw anything that wasn't quite like we wanted. He takes the time to get the job done right. While the crew was in the house they put down plastic/paper/tape you name it to keep the mess to a minimum. His crew was very respectful of our home and kept a friendly attitude. From the beginning, Kam let us know how long it takes to get certain pieces in and encouraged us to order as soon as possible. This made it possible for us to finish on time. Kam was very fair with his pricing and we didn't feel over changed at all. The only time the price changed was when we wanted extra things done and the scope of work changed. Even then Kam was reasonable with the pricing and we feel we got an excellent value. Highly recommend!

We have hired Kam to do four jobs of varying sizes on our properties. His work is excellent quality and he is responsive to your needs. He provided great ideas to help us visualize the projects in the planning stages and saw them through to completion. His attention to detail in the finishing is outstanding. He has been on time and on budget each time he has worked for us and we would not hesitate to hire him for any work we need doing!

We hired Kam to completely renovate two bathrooms and the kitchen in our condo, and to take out carpet and put in flooring in the living/dining and entryway. We were pleased with the results. Kam and his crew were so nice to work with. Kam was very helpful, honest and accommodating throughout the whole process. He and his crew did good work, did everything to schedule and were always respectful and nice to be around. We can highly recommend Kam.

Upon interviewing Kam for the project, I immediately knew that Interactive was the right contractor for the job. Kam is honest, has high integrity, and is a stickler for quality and details. He and his team are always on time, constantly working, yet taking their time to make sure the job is done right. Tile work is exquisite, floors came out beautiful, our kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous, stuck to the budget (although I kept adding more) and everything exceeded my expectations. I have used him before, and he is absolutely the best!  He has a commitment to detail, and a lot of good design ideas. I can't say enough good things about him.
