My name is John Franks, owner of Creative Concepts Designs. I currently work with J and J Builders in Oakland, Florida as Senior Design Manager. I also work independently and have been doing so for more than 36 years. Much of my design work services comes from New York and Florida, and I regularly provide design work services all across the U.S. I work remotely for all long-distance projects, and I also meet locally with clients who reside in Central Florida. I’ve got decades of experience in both residential and commercial design work, and I have a portfolio.
