Creative Edge Lawn & Landscape

I hired Creative LEdge Lawn & Landscaping to remove two trees from my property. When the job was marked complete, the area had been covered with wood chips, making it appear the work had been properly finished. However, while preparing the yard to be re-sodded, we discovered the tree roots and remaining material were never removed and had simply been covered up with tree chippings. I have since contacted your company about this issue, but I have not been given a firm timeline for resolution and have instead been told you will get to it when you do. This lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable, especially since this has delayed my landscaping project and may cause me additional expenses.

Very disappointed in the work done by this company. I'm a homeowner in a neighborhood that hired Chris Corn and Creative Edge Lawn & Landscape a year ago for our maintenance. The quality of work absolutely has not met my expectations, and I don't think would meet the expectations of any high-quality company that takes pride in their work. Groundcover in the neighborhood has died (in my opinion, I think it's been repeatedly cut too short). We have a ton of weeds. Our grass is dead in multiple places. I think it looks neglected, and I'm upset every time I drive up our street. This company claims they have resolved our concerns, and I disagree. I would absolutely not recommend hiring this company if you care about your neighborhood or landscape looking healthy and well-maintained.

I was very impressed with Chris Corn job performance. He did an excellent job trimming my oak trees. He removed all the debris and left the property clean. He was timely and did the job within 2 days of our first meeting.
