Creative Nightscapes Outdoor Lighting

The reason I am giving thema 3-star rating is because the hourly rate their employees quoted was double what they ended up billing me to stay beyond the 1 hour $280 trip fee. I called the office and talked with the billing department; they laughed and said our service employees don't know what we charge. I said as representatives of their company I told her they should when a customer asks to fix the actual problem they came for because the office called wanting to know why they weren't done yet during their visit. I don't know if they only book visits for one hour to inform you of what is broken but that 25 minutes. They knew the exact pricing for the blubs they replaced, which I am glad they were not off by twice the price. They spent 3 hours fixing my issue. Don't make my mistake and authorize work based on the service representatives quote without discussing with their office first.

Excellent. I highly recommend Creative Nightscapes. The suggestions they made for our backyard landscape lighting were exactly what we wanted and we are so pleased with the finished product. George was a delight to work with, he is so knowledgeable and professional.

It was fantastic They created an outdoor oasis for us in both the front and back gardens. We have three large trees and not only did they uplight but they also have this really cool technique called moon lighting where lights are installed high in the trees and shine down through the branches and leaves - a really nice effect.

They replaced and upgraded the timer, moved some fixtures and repaired other. Looks fantastic!

Amazing. Jerry Holbrook was wonderful to work with Their pricing was very competitive. The installation crew was very professional and a pleasure to have at our home. After the install, I was given a call to see how the lights looked on the evening of the first day. Beautiful! They also came back and tweaked a couple of areas. I am extremely pleased with this company and will contact them when we decide to do our back yard.

The design is beautiful and brings out the beauty of your home while also deterring potential criminal activity around your property.

House looks fantastic! My house sits at the end of a dark cul de sac. For years I have used Malibu lights to light my house with mixed results. I finally made the jump to a professional company at creative lights and so glad I did. My house finally looks the way I always dreamed it would. I highly, highly recommend this company. Don't put it off another day.

Outstanding service and price. Best decision I have made in a while. Patrick designed a great accent scheme to our new back yard and his crew were quick, clean, and respectful.

Contacted George to obtain a quote for lighting our yard. He was very professional, always arrived promptly and fully explained the fixtures he would use, the warranty and process. He was by far the most thorough in covering everything to be done and also went out of his way to take care of some other issues we needed done on the property at no additional charge. He comes out the evening the work is done to go over the results with you when it's dark out, which means a late night for him and makes any necessary adjustments and after you are "delighted" (his words) that is when you pay him, nothing required up front, which to me also indicated a trustworthy contractor. Highly recommend and will use him again if needed.

LOVE the lights! I would absolutely recommend George and Creative Nightscapes. He was very quick to respond, scheduling was easy and the work was completed perfectly even in the rain. End result is beautiful and a very good value for the price.

We live in a modern style house with a concrete driveway taking up most of the front yard. Finding lighting options that fit well with our setup was challenging. George had great ideas about how to position the lights proposed and we were impressed with the vision that he helped design. Stephen and the installation crew did a wonderful job implementing that framework and the lights look incredible. The down-lighting really was the differentiator from other options we explored. The lights positioned on the concrete shining up at the house look like they were part of the house from the beginning. Absolutely terrific planning and execution - we couldn't be happier with our choice and how it all went.

Great experience all the way around. A little pricey - but you get what you pay for. Would definitely use again.

Amazing!! George was a great consultant. The installation team was unbelievably quick and professional. And then the follow up visit as night started to fall to make sure it looked good. Everything went so well and we still marvel at it almost one year later.

Absolutely incredible! I can't explain how happy I am with the ease of the experience and the final result. The moment George said it would have a resort like view, I knew he knew exactly what I wanted and was so excited. We had quite a few night dinners for guests to show off the results. :)

It was incredible. They arrived with a team at 8 am and was done by 4. The crew was delightful and professional. The work was flawless. <br /> Suggestions were made for 6 year warranty LED lights. We were so impressed with the testimonies and the before and after  <br /> photos we made the decision on the spot. All the neighbors came over that night and toasted our new exterior. <br /> We are having Jerry out next week to add additional lights in the extended yard. <br /> This company comes highly recommened by our family. <br />
