Chris and his team were very professional. They were always on time, kept me up-to-date of all the work, went above and beyond in their work and to ensure that they always cleaned up after themselves in the areas in which they worked. We were so thankful that Chris kept to our very tight timeline so that we could move in before Xmas! My husband and I are very happy with the painting Chris did and plan to hire him again on future projects. Definitely recommend Chris for paint jobs!

Perfectly. The ceiling, walls, and woodwork as well as the spackling of the walls where damaged by granite installation are all perfect. The house is 100 years old, and can be challenging. They were always on time. The spaces were left totally clean and neat.

Chris was very helpful from the start. He answered my call, showed up to quote when he aid he would and started the job as planned. Now a days it is tough to get contractors to be responsive but he was. He cared about the outcome of his work and aimed to please. Very good about keeping me updated on the project. In a time where we were overwhelmed with tasks for the damage to this rental unit, he came through and got this job done. I would hire him again and definitely recommend him for interior painting.

Exactly as promised! The owner, Chris, constantly monitored for quality throughout the job. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day. Provided good advice on how to touch up other areas that I would have hired a painter for. Very fair and practical about approach to the project and our needs in general. Price included painting our color choice samples on the walls in the rooms so we could confirm our paint chip selection before the job began. Very friendly and top quality. I would hire again and highly recommend.

We hired Creative Painters to do an interior paint job – multiple rooms including a cathedral ceiling and an entrance door. Some of the walls were in poor shape. Chris handled the job professionally. He was pleasantly easy to work with and always returned our calls promptly. We had a tight window in which to get the job done, and Chris delivered, completing the work in the time frame we needed and that he promised. He went above and beyond to make sure the walls and ceilings and door looked like new when he was done. Chris and his crew did a high quality job, paying attention to detail, making needed repairs, and made sure that we were pleased with the work as it progressed. He takes a lot of pride in his work, and it shows. We are very happy with the finished product, and enjoyed working with Chris. I would not hesitate to hire him again, or to recommend him to friends and family.

Chris did an excellent job. He showed up on the scheduled date w/a co-worker and did a very good job. His work was thorough and excellent quality.

When Chris gave me his estimate he was much more thorough than others, and pointed out where seams hadn't been caulked, and other issues that had led to the rot he also pointed out. He takes great pride in his work - every detail matters. He came when he said he would and worked every day until it was done. It took a day longer than he originally predicted, but this was because of additional issues he found with some of the rot. He was careful to explain everything, and replaced several boards as well as pointing out where he recommended I call in a carpenter. Other painters might have just painted over the problem, as it wasn't immediately obvious.

Chris and his crew did a great job on the exterior of our house. He was very responsive, communicated throughout the process, was upfront with pricing and very easy to work with. He also took care of some wood rot and gutter issues. We plan to use him in the near future for some exterior work. I highly recommend him.

Creative Painting (Chris Pino) painted the entire exterior of our house (body and trim) and our garage (trim). The highlights of my experience with Chris are: - Our house was transformed from a mess to looking beautiful. - Totally satisfied. - Very reasonable price. - Chris and crew are nice, hard-working people. It was a pleasure having them on site. - Chris is easy to get ahold of on the phone, and responds quickly to emails. He often calls in the evening to report on the day's progress. - Chris did everything he said he'd do, and then some, in a timely manner. - Chris is on site every day, and worked every weekday (weather permitting) until the job was finished. When Chris came out to the house to give an estimate, the one thing that really impressed me was how he quickly went over every square inch of the house explaining what needed to be done, what he would do about it, how he would do this or that to protect the landscaping, where he would put drop cloths to ensure there was no mess left behind, etc. He noticed all sorts of details that I never would have. It quickly because abundantly clear that he knew his stuff down to the smallest detail. It was easy to see the value of dealing with someone with nearly 30 years experience. After he provided the estimate, I peppered him with questions for the next few days. He was very responsive and answered all to my satisfaction, so I was quite comfortable giving him the job. He provided suggestions on colors. We went with his suggestion to paint the doors black, and we LOVE it! He worked with the paint supply shop to duplicate the color we used previously for the body of the house. Our house began as a real mess, as we had put off the painting for a few too many years. The results was that we had LOTS of peeling and bare wood, especially on the south-facing side. Chris and crew spent many hours scraping and priming and making absolutely sure that the surfaces were adequately prepared before applying the finishing coats. Besides painting, two doors were replaced, rotted wood was addressed, some downspouts were replaced, and several other tasks. He even fixed some problems caused by guy who replaced our roof last year. Everything came out great. Chris Pino has the basic work ethic that I think everyone wants (but doesn't get) out of every contractor they hire, namely this: It is AS important or MORE important to Chris than it is to his customer that the job gets done the right way in every detail. I'd hire the guy again in a heartbeat. (Note: the cost of service that I indicated includes the painting and carpentry work done. They also did some minor demolition, waste removal and downspout cleaning for a few hundred more.)

Chris and his team were fantastic to work with. Chris came out promptly to review the work and provide an estimate. He gave me a time frame as to when we would be scheduled, called me a couple of weeks before the scheduled start time to check in, showed up on the scheduled date, and was more than willing to make changes as the job went along, like when I asked him to add in the master bath, paint the master bedroom ceiling, etc. They showed up every single day til the job was complete. They cleaned up every single day, so my house wasn't in a constant state of chaos for the two weeks it took to complete the painting. We couldn't be happier with the work. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Truly professional. It's hard to find a good contractor, and in this case, we found a great contractor. We would highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again. In fact, we have already spoken with Chris about painting the exterior of our house as well.

Chris was extremely responsive with his quote. He was very knowledgeable in which products would be best for our deck in our price range, and was completely transparent regarding his availability, and the time it would take. They started when he said they would, they were professional, picked up after themselves, and the deck looked great. I'd recommend Creative Painters again.

Chris was always communicative about the progress. While we didn't have a specific deadline, he was prompt with his team and worked quickly and efficiently to get a large job done.

Chris from Creative Painters was great right from the start. He contacted me right away after I made a request on Angies List. I explained what we needed done and he came over the next day to give us a quote. We had had a small kitchen fire and the smoke/soot damaged all of our ceilings on the first floor so they needed to be painted white. We also decided to paint our family room walls at the same time. Chris was very knowledgeable about what needed to get done and even had experience in dealing with insurance companies.  His quote was very reasonable and we accepted it right on the spot. The work was scheduled for Jan 11. He was in touch multiple times before that to help us pick a color for the walls and he let us know what we needed to do to prep the rooms for painting. We only had to take down pictures from the walls and remove knick knacks from high shelves. Chris and his crew did the rest, including moving the furniture. The job took less than 2 days and it looks fantastic!! Chris also took the time to repair any damages that he came across, including cleaning up our lines on the kitchen walls that we had previously painted ourselves. We had a good amount of ice dam water stains and those are all gone. The painting looks fantastic and we plan to use Chris for our future painting needs. He is knowledgeable, professional, but also very personable. <br />
