John was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He was professional and did a great job. He called back quickly and kept us informed of when he would arrive. The repairs are better than the original build. It will outlast me. He replaced a piece of the concrete slab porch and the support column. His repair likely saved us from a costly disaster down the road. Very happy we called him. Would definitely use him again.

Initially it went well, but a week into the project we had challenges reaching John (no answer to calls or texts after we made the first large payment). The gentlemen that came to our home would work around 5 hours/day, 2 days a week, and it was evident that they were not very skilled as we had to follow up with John on many aspects of their work that was of poor quality. The project was supposed to take 2 months and it took over 3, and may have taken longer if my husband did not call John out on this fact. Upon completion, we noted some problems and have not been able to reach him. We have called (he has blocked our numbers), sent text messages, and emails, all with no response. To top things off, someone came to our house claiming to have done some work and is looking for payment from us. I am very surprised this business is even on your list. I would not recommend him to anyone and quite frankly am concerned that he has been in my house and could send others to our home. The only reason I gave him 1 star is because the layout for our basement fit our needs. Unfortunately, we will have to fix what he did not do properly.

The basement was completed fast and efficiently. My husband and I were extremely happy with the work done.

Unreal I would tell anyone about this company it’s great to know some contractors keep their word , show up everyday and do a fantastic job !

They were perfect and also they did an extra work that is not part of the kitchen.He went down to my kitchen and fixed my drywall as a courtesy.
