On time, professional, good job!

It went very well.

My wife and I bought our first house last year after years of apartment living, and one of the things I'd been looking forward to the most was having a proper home theater setup. We could not be happier with how it came out. These guys know their business and conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism. They answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly, work proceeded quickly once we decided to pull the trigger, and the system sounds phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend Crescendo to anyone, and will absolutely hire them again if we're ever looking to do more upgrades in the future.

Crescendo did a great job. Everyone was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Because they did such a good job I also had them bid some additional work relating to our home sound system. I plan to use them again for the sound system work.

They special ordered part in a jiffy they Daniel had it installed. No fuss no mess. Nice group, love my home theatre. <br />

Called at 11:30 a.m. and Chris was here by about 12:10 p.m.  Figured out the problem within about 15 minutes.  A switch on our older receiver just needed to be set on another setting.  I asked if he wanted payment now or will he send a bill.  Chris called the boss and the boss said not to charge anything since no parts were needed and it took chris such a short time to figure it out.  I was not even charged for a service call!  He just asked that we spread the word about the company!  You just do not see anything like this very often anymore.  Chris gave me some business cards and I will for sure pass them out to friends and spread the word. <br /> How refreshing it is that a business like this still exists.  I would highly recommend this company and will call them again the next time I need something and will be willing to pay whatever they charge as I know it will be a fair price. <br /> I realize that I just happened t call at a good time and that no company can come out so fast and I realize that most of the time it will cost something.  But they could have easily charged at least a service call and they did not.  This is a sign of a truly outstanding company.  Please use them, they are outstanding! <br />

Explained the need for more wattage output to the speakers to attain better quality sound. The old system, at volume necessary for the congregation to sing hymns, distorted the music output considerably.  CHT's recommended components have adequate upside volume to attain the volume needed for the congregation to sing hymns and not distort the music.  Very accomodating and patient with an individual who deals with accounting numbers daily but knows little about music and electronics.  Recommended quality cabling to attach our Clavinova to the receiver to output to the speakers.  Very knowledgeable and helpful.  Good recommendations.  Excellent sound quality compared to previous system.  The powered subwoofer provides just the right amount of bass output to complete the full spectrum of the music.  Congregational members with musical talents and experience are amazed at the difference in sound quality from our previous system. <br />

I need to update my review on Crescendo Home Theater.  They finished phase 1 today and I could not have been more pleased with their workmanship and the quality products they used.  What really stood out in my opinion was when my wife was helping a friend move a box spring and mattress Douglas stepped in and took Barb's end and help carry it downstairs.  Now Douglass was in the middle of some rather complicated wiring but  he never hesitated to lend a helping hand.   <br /> Daniel, the owner, was out here all day Saturday helping his guys install the system.  He had his sleeves rolled up and worked right next to his guys.  Crescendo  Home Theater is a first class operation and I highly recommend that you have them give you a bid on your next home theater, security, access control, etc... They explain things and answer all of  your questions.   <br /> I just had to share with everyone how nice it is to work with such a professional company with professional employees!  Thanks guys.  See you when we do the next phase , , , , , ,

Daniel Karen picked everything for us when we told them a price $10,000 and exceeded our expectations.  The equipment took 2 to 3 weeks to arrive and was installed by his crew that descended on our home one fine morning and by days end voila system up and running. Would suggest having the carpet reinstalled by professional which we did.  Also pre purchase your audio furniture, it would make it so much more smoothly than having them come back when it arrives.  Cleanup was necessary,  They took care of 95% of it but we still vacuumed after they left.  But there was no debris for us to contend with. You really will love the Black Diamond screen.  I can watch tv with my wife having all the lights on and still get a 85% perfect picture.
