Outstanding, found them by accident. Started with James, then Ryan and Gary. Crew came in like gangbusters. Thought it was a 2 day job, made it in 1 day. Shingles delivered day before, dumpster morning of. Nice to see a out of town competitor give you a Break. Actually care about the customer !!!!

It was excellent and looked very good, professionally done. I can't find one thing to complain about and great customer service and pleasant to talk to.

Their "A-Team" crew arrived as we were leaving for work and when I got home early afternoon, the house was completed, and the workshop almost done. I totally trusted them to do the work while I was gone because of how professional their customer service, and the owners were when they called me, and when they made the visit to my home. They know what they are doing! <br /> They arrived on the day they said they would, keep in contact with me at every step from confirmation of the work until they were done.  The yard was totally cleaned up when they left in a way that exceeded my expectations. <br /> A company that is reliable, knows how to do the work, and fits my budget is absolutely outstanding. <br /> I would totally recommend them!

The inspection, and estimate was done in a very professional manner, which is why we selected them. The replacement had to be done on a Sunday. A large crew showed up and the work proceeded at an impressive pace.  <br /> Post replacement, the lawn was clean. The new roof seems to be working well.  <br /> I was very pleased with their service. 

<p>They did alright, but they had to come back out. Their communication was not that great. I had to call them to see if they were still coming. Then I had to call them back because the guy they sent to do the work --  I thought there were some areas that he did not do. So they came back out. Then I looked and they still did not fix what I told them. They were not professional. Their prices were decent. </p>

They're good. They did an excellent job. They really handled all the insurance and stuff. I give them high ratings. In fact, if I would need a roofing service in the Atlanta area, I would definitely use them. Unfortunately, I am now living in Fort Worth, Texas. The insurance company had recommended them and then they worked real well with the insurance company to get it all taken care of. They came out, did the estimate, handled the paperwork with the insurance company and they came out in one day. They took of the old roof, replaced the plywood and then put the new roof on. They did it all in one day and its a pretty good sized roof. Plus they cleaned out and stuff. They had a trailer that they loaded all the excess for the old roof and stuff in. I don't think they even charged for that because a lot of them will charge us $400 to have one of those garbage things dropped off by the disposal company. They had a trailer and they dealt with it. They didn't charge anything for that. It was a very pleasant experience. The people that had we dealt with were very polite and very professional. They just did what they said and got it done.

<p>I started discussions with Crestmark in mid-April 2013, receiving an actual quote and invoice in mid-May. They performed the roof repair and it was completed by the end of June, with the work crew doing superior work. With the roof complete, there was approximately $8,000 worth of repairs remaining to be completed. When I had not heard from Crestmark by the second week in July, I attempted to contact them by email and phone but to no avail. I finally made contact by phone shortly into September (four months into our repairs!) and expressed such frustration with the owner that a representative emailed me that afternoon, promising to come by and estimate the materials needed for completion. A week later they came out and partially finished the chimney framing but left it unpainted and none of the facia or soffet work done. On September 19, I received an email from the same representative promising to "get a list of what needs to be finished tomorrow and we will get it done". I have not heard from Crestmark since (today is November 9, 2013) nor has any work been performed. While Crestmark Roofing promised much and their price was fair, the lack of communication and follow-up has negated what should have been a relatively easy success. <br /> <br /></p> <p>UPDATE<br /> <br />  =======</p> <p>On November 9, 2013, I provided Crestmark with advance notice of my Angie's List review to allow them an opportunity to responds and/or attempt to remediate our concerns. On November 21, 2013, I received an email stating they were ordering the remaining materials and would have the job completed within 2-3 weeks. However, I heard nothing else from my job representative into mid-January. On January 22, 2014, I contacted the Angie's List POC for Crestmark Roofing, Gary Yates. In contrast to my experiences with the prior representative, Mr. Yates was professional, responsive, and extremely disturbed over how the job had been handled. To his credit, he did not fain concern in an effort to win back business; instead, it appears he made a diligent effort to objectively investigate the status of our job and what led to our displeasure. Mr. Yates kept me informed throughout the 23rd, checking for additional information and clarifying points of confusion. On January 24, Mr. Yates and I met in person, where he apologized for the problems with this job and updated me on the results of his investigation. He assured me that this was an isolated incident involving one of his representatives and took full responsibility for the lack of communications and response. He cleared up several misconceptions concerning the repairs and in my view rescued the reputation of this company. Had I thought to contact Mr. Yates earlier, many if not all of these problems may have been averted.</p> <p><br /></p>

Excellent service! On time and did what they said they would do. Professional and I would use them again. <br />Would be pleased to recommend them to my neighbors and friends. <br />

They were great. They had wonderful customer service. They people who did the work were very professional. They did exactly what they said they would and it looks very nice.
