Sebastian was immediately available on his cell phone when I first called. By the next day, he sent Arturo out to give me a quote, which was very fair. Arturo was able to start fixing the fence that very day, finishing by the next day! I was so pleased. The fence looks fabulous now (several posts had to be replaced, along with straightening quite a few fence panels). I would definitely recommend Cristalfence to others. Very professional.

It went well! Sebastian Proto oversaw the entire project and had to get a little creative when it came to getting the side fence down and onto the sea wall. It looks amazing, now I can’t wait to get a landscaper in to bring it all together. He and his crew, Jason, Arturo and Manuel were very professional, personable and had to put up with my rambunctious 2 year old puppy! They were very conscientious making sure gates were closed etc. I think they enjoyed him as much as he enjoyed having them around - he misses them. The quality of the fence they use is a lot better than what you would find in the big box stores and it comes with a limited lifetime warranty. We were also pleasantly surprised with the price.

This was really a perfect transaction. When I called the first time, they got back to me right away. I asked for an estimate, and I got it right away. They started on the date I requested, and finished when they said they would. Everybody was a pleasure to deal with, in installers we’re a pleasure to have around, and we love the work they did. I could not give them a stronger recommendation.

Very responsive and professional. Picked up the phone, text messaged and arrived on time with a smile. I thanked them a number of times for their approach and attitude - they made me feel comfortible. This can be a hard market to find reputable skilled trades people, and I have renovated / updated many homes. This has been the best experience thus far.

The Installation went very well; pretty quick; started on a friday & finshed on a saturday; it was pretty seamless work in getting the permits; they were very thorough & they did a good job. I am actually getting them to install another hardware for the other door and they are expected to come tomorrow; they always follow through & make sure that everything is going well.
