We had a raccoon in our house and I called for help. Ritter Capture came within 30 minutes and located the animal and removed him from our house. These guys are great! If I ever need pest removal again, I will certainly call these people.

This is the most unprofessional company. There is no communication with the paying client on issues or changes, and no worksite supervision. They changed material and installation methods that were agreed upon prior to the work starting, and never told me, then when I questioned it and wanted it changed the owner Rick, yelled at me. Don’t think that Rick will back his promises with a handshake, get everything in writing down to the fine details. I put 50% down up front, and Rick insisted that I overnight a check to him without me inspecting the final work - just minutes after he sent me the invoice. He said payment was due upon completion, like the second the work is completed, yet there was no such payment clause in the contract. He threatened me with an attorney and said he would send his workers to my property to rip out all of the materials if I didn’t overnight his check (yes a second time) and it was only four days past receiving the final invoice. I was inspecting the work on the fourth day and the work was subpar and is still incomplete, which I will have to repair myself. I spent just under $7,000 for the job and am totally unsatisfied. After they got the final payment, they told me the workers who worked on my job no longer work for the company, yet they didn’t offered to fix their deficiencies despite the numerous phots I sent they company. This company must be hurting for money is all I can figure. I have photos I wish I could upload to this review.

"Mrs [Member Name Removed], sorry you were unsatisfied. Our company is known for taking care of its customers and we tried numerous times to make you happy. We have numerous texts between you and us about your job. We never could speak with you on the phone, everything had to be done by text. It is very hard communicating like that. We offered several times to fix the problems and you said you would hire your repairman to take care of the minor issues that you thought were problems. As for the balance, you were told several times that the balance is due upon completion. It is not our fault that you would not meet our guys at the job site, you always had to go when we were not there. We have customers on schedules for a reason and you always put us off. We made numerous trips to try and make you happy without success because every time we went you would never meet us. Yes, the owner did threaten calling our attorney and asked for the check to be overnighted because the work was complete and we told you on different occasions that payment was due in full when the job was finished. We are no different from other companies that request the money when the job was completed. Once again, you not making any effort to meet us to go over the job. I guess that I why we have so many happy and satisfied customers is because they are available by phone and they are willing to meet at the job site with us. And yes ma’am, we did let the workers go that worked on your job but it wasn’t primarily because of your job. In closing, after you sent the final pictures and we did notice some error, we asked to fix them and you said you would have your repairman come and fix them. I don’t know what else to do since you won’t let us fix them. I am sorry that were unsatisfied but not being at the job site to work with us goes back on you. It is very hard communicating with someone by text on a job especially with the demands that you had. Potential Customers, before you judge our company off of this review please call and we will be glad to show you before pictures, during pictures and after pictures that we would had gone back and fixed. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] doesn’t bother to show all of the completed pictures, just the few bad ones. Also, we do have text messages from her during the work where she was complimenting the work and the guys. We are a company that takes care of our customers and had she not said she would get someone to fix the [Member Name Removed] issues we would have sent a crew over there to fix the few areas she is speaking off."

I had a large infestation of bats in my attic, and I really didn't know where to start with the process of getting rid of them and my attic restored. A friend of mine recommended Critter Capture. I called and the owner personally came to give me an inspection and estimate. Turns out I had large amounts of bat guano all over my attic which had caused a huge, smelly mess. Critter Capture evacuated the bats. They removed the attic insulation which was really messed up from the bat guano and urine. They vacuumed and cleaned the attic and replaced my old insulation with blown insulation. They sealed up my gable vents to prevent any re-entry. They also replaced some rotten wood in another outside area of my house which could have possibly been used as an animal entry point, and they painted the wood. I was very pleased with the work they did for me. They are courteous, professional, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable and do quality work. Also, the office manager was always available and helpful throughout the process with any questions I had. I would most definitely recommend Critter Capture to anyone having problems with critters.

I called Critter capture, they came when they said they would, they finished when they said they would. I got a 2 year guarantee which does give me peace of mind. All employees from the owner to the guys doing the work were very polite and professional.

my wife called them in the summer of 2014 when we stayed here in the summer. found out we had 2 squirrels in our crawl space and they were able get them out the next day they came and restore the damage. I would for sure hire them again.

Critter Capture did an EXCELLENT job helping me with a terrible, horrifying infestation of flying squirrels in my home. I had been battling them and begging for help from another local pest control company and they just made things worse! They actually fed the babies because they used the wrong kind of traps. I found Critter Capture's website and at my first phone call, they went into action. They are the go to professionals for wildlife that has moved inside!

Needless to say they are crooks! Do not hire these people. They took thousands of dollars and did not remedy my problem.

I am so thankful for the hard work and the quality work by the team from Critter Capture. Despite use of insecticides (by professional exterminator companies and me) there were still fleas in my house. Everyone I had contact with at Critter Contact was so pleasant and helpful. I had an appointment for an initial evaluation within a few days of my initial call. I really feel like Jeremy was the only person who listened to me when I said I had concerns about the source of the fleas being in the attic. He inspected the attic in no time, and, yes, squirrels had moved in and brought fleas with them. I was not able to have my attic cleaned and repaired for about three weeks from the initial evaluation, but Jeremy had his team come a few days later and place foggers in the attic space to help me. The quote for cleanup and repairs was more than I expected, but if the individual parts of their service were priced out it would probably be the same price. Of all the animal removal companies I researched, Critture Capture appeared to be the most genuinely humane and had current membership in the National Wildlife Control Operators Assoc. I did not get other quotes because of this. Before Jeremy left, he said he would text the yard spray he used for insect control; and he did. When eviction day came, the team arrived on time. They worked really efficiently. They were so professional. And, boy, were they neat . The only delay was getting the new insulation, but that was beyond anyone's control (automotive trouble). I'd had some problems with my furnace because of the foggers used in my home so I asked if the inlet could be sealed off before any disinfectants were used and it was done. It's been a month since the cleanup and repairs and I am so happy to have had this work done by Critter Capture. They seriously saved my sanity. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. <br />

When I realized we had raccoons in our attic, I called Critter Capture and they came out the next day to do an inspection. Mr. Wyatt took pictures in our attic to show me all of the damage (ex: fecal matter, insulation and he actually saw the raccoon). I was very impressed with him taking pictures because I was not getting in the attic. We sat down and discussed our options and Mr. Wyatt was very professional and thorough with me. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />After we decided to have his company do the work, the technicians started the next day. They placed a trap to catch the raccoon. They actually caught the raccoon that night and they were able to get started on the insulation. The job took about 2 days and now it is so peaceful to not hear noise and also knowing that my attic is not a "bathroom" any longer. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I will definitely recommend Mr. Wyatt and his company to any of my friends and family.
