I thought the price was a bit much for the work that they did. There were three workers that completed the job. They were cordial, professional, anything I asked them about they were quick to show me pictures or explain to me what they were doing. I was very pleased. It took one day to complete the services.

What they did was done very well. Due to weather they have not been able finish painting. I've had to call a few times to remind them. Otherwise the service went very well.

I had a serious problem with squirrels and rats in my attic. I was very impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of this representative. New insulation and patching holes, etc. was done in one morning. I highly recommend this company for their efficiency and courtesy. Job well done!

Their project management and customer service was excellent. Their services were expensive. However, their work was very thorough, probably because they never want to ever incur costs of pest breach due to their unlimited lifetime warranty.

Our provider himself was very nice, but I would have liked to have been warned that soon after treatment there *may* be what I would describe as a "horror scene-like" number of roaches (OK maybe ten?) escaping from their hiding places to die on my kitchen floor in front of me and potentially my young children. I basically had to escape with the kids for the evening and go to the neighbors, afraid of scarring them for life. I know every home is different, but in future, it would be a good thing to warn folks about. The "critters" don't just die where they are, hidden under your fridge or wherever. They run out out and scare the bejeezus out of you first. For up to three days. That would have been good to know while he was spraying and chatting away about roaches.

It is common for insects to "come out" after a treatment which also shows that the treatment is doing its job. We provide a very thorough Pest Control treatment... much more than most other companies -- treating interior and exterior of homes, sometimes a power spray, dusting and baits are used depending on the circumstances. Critter control did an amazing job treating our house for pests. We just moved into a more rural area and wanted an indoor/outdoor bug spray that was safe for babies and pets. The women in the office worked with me to connect me to Phillip, a manager, who called me back immediately and answered all of my questions and assured me critter control would get the job done to our satisfaction. Phillip came out and explained the entire process to us, was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. Phillip explained what our home would need in the future and also informed us of other services of which we may benefit from. We have had many companies come out and spray for pests but critter control has been our favorite by far! We will definitely be following up with them for continued services.
