"We have not serviced this address since 2011. Perhaps you have us confused with another company. Please recheck your invoice for the name and call us if it is indeed Critter Control on the invoice."
"Josh inspected [Member Name Removed]'s house on February 15. He found two areas where red squirrels were getting into the attic and one area where chipmunks and red squirrels were getting into the crawl space. Neither of these areas [Member Name Removed] was aware of. The hole she indicated they were getting in at was actually no hole at all. For the placement of the traps Josh went into great detail why the traps were to be set in the specific places he indicated. No disapproval in trap placement was indicated.. She was informed that we were only after red squirrels and if we caught a fox squirrel we would release them because that is not the species of squirrel we were after. As far as the deck complainant Josh stated to her numerous times that he would pull up deck boards on the two decks he was not able to crawl under. He wanted to wait for warmer weather so as to have a less likely chance of the boards breaking being in a frozen state. [Member Name Removed] seemed fine with waiting, but called to complain about looking under the decks even before the weather warmed up. The third deck Josh could inspect the foundation without having to crawl under it. In the crawl space area it was obvious to Josh that chipmunks and red squirrels were getting in through the tornado doors. Because there was digging in the basement and Josh could see it from the basement crawlspace area he did not need to crawl all the way over to inspect the piles of dirt that he could see from where he was. There was plenty of chipmunk and red squirrel activity in the basement and in the crawlspace to determine the problem. Plus since the entry area for the critters into the crawlspace was with the tornado doors there was nothing we could do to prevent them from coming in there. As far as the untimely email goes the corporate mandated new field program is not yet without its glitches and lost the email address [Member Name Removed] provided. Josh noticed it at 9pm that night when finishing up the reports of the day. He didn't call her that late so first thing the next morning, after checking the traps, he knocked on her door to tell her about the email address disappearing. She was not there so he left a note to contact the office and supply the email address again so he could send her the report. The office never received a call supplying the email address. After three days the service provider did regain the email address for us after a fashion, but we still had contact with [Member Name Removed] to straighten it out. This was an unfortunate experience for all involved. She was refunded the service call fee."
"I'm sorry we could not solve your situation overnight. We gave prices for exclusion but are not qualified for fixing chimneys that are departing from the side of the house. The animal situation did not appear overnight. We had scheduled the exclusion work we could do to be done a few days out, but you declined to wait the few days."
"Here were the findings - 11/13/14 hearing sounds in living room ceiling periodically at anytime of day or night. Dead mouse in basement, though could not find evidence of much activity. Bat droppings coming out of soffit on south side of chimney where roof meets brick. Lots of snow. Will have to inspect roof at a later date when not snow covered 12/1 nothing since last visit. Finished inspection. No paper moved. Tacked some nails back down that were in chimney flashing but don't look like entries. Recommend keeping a few mouse traps in garage. Between the DeCon and tacking down some areas it looks like the problem is solved."
