The gentleman was professional, congenial and gave us a written summary while we waited. He also spoke to us about things to be aware of during this move and house maintenance in this area. It could not have gone more smoothly.

When I made the appointment, I specifically mentioned that I purchased the Angie's List Voucher. I even provided the voucher to the technician as requested. And yet a week later, they send me a bill! And this is the second time they did that! The first time, in April, I sent the bill back and nicely explained how I purchased the voucher through Angie's List and they can't bill me again for a service for which I've already paid! Someone in their office needs to figure out how Angie's list works. Love the pest control service. Hate being billed for a service I already paid for.

I had ongoing problems with communication and scheduling with  Critter Control. There were times when they promised to call to schedule visits which they did not do, making it necessary for me to call them to see what was going on.  When they arranged visits, there were times they neither showed up nor called to make alternative arrangements. The back of my house is behind a locked privacy fence, so it was necessary for me to be home to let them in. Due to the above problems this at times made it inconvenient for me.When they initially came to put up the screen enclosures the team arrived late in the day only to discover they didn't have enough materials to complete more than a fraction of the job. When I arranged a time to have the work completed, they sent out one person (again late in the day...when it was very hot) who was surprised to see that such a small part of the work had been done. He had been told it was almost completely finished. I again called to complain about not sending enough people to do the work. When the work was finally finished, it was of such a poor standard that it had to be completely removed and redone.To be fair, the individuals I had face to face contact were all polite and helpful and they redid the enclosure without any objection.My impression of the company is that they have several management and communication problems which reflects badly upon and makes work unnecessarily difficult for the people in the field. <br> Considering the cost, frustration and wasted time on my part...making repeat calls, waiting for them to show up and the poor quality of the initial work, I would not recommend this company to anyone. <br>Due to the above problems the job lasted much longer than anticipated....most of the month of May.

Very helpful and punctual.

They person that came on site was very professional.  He explained what/why hwe was using and the expected results.  He was prompt and courteous.  The results so far met expectations.  I will probably use them on an on-going basis.  They were almost 1/2 of what my previous pest control company was charging.  I was pleased with the service and was grateful to have Angie's list make the connection for me.

about three years ago, I hired critter control to get rid of a rat infestation with the home that we had just purchased. Although it took several months because there were many rats, they were successful in removing or killing all the rats on the premesis and sealing off the house to prevent the rats from coming back. I was very happy with their work. From that point forward, I have hired them to do my quarterly pest control as well as manage rat boxes on the property. They are always on time, pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for pest control or wildlife management!
